It's near the airport. The room had a ugly smell. The receptionist speak's english very badly. I arrived around 22.30 and even a sandwich it was not possible to eat in the hotel, only the bar for drinks was open. The receptionist was not able to inform if there's was some restaurant open at that our. I took my car and I had to find it for myself |

The staff were helpful. They arranged breakfast for us at 4.30 a.m. and also organised a taxi for us, which arrived on time. This is a basic hotel. The rooms were OK for 1 night, although the pillows are not very comfortable. We chose this hotel as it has the closest location to the airport (1km away), however, the taxi to the hotel from the airport cost 20 euros and 15 euros on the way back, which is the main reason why I wouldn't choose to stay in this hotel again or recommend it. |

We enjoyed an excellent evening meal in the restaurant. There was a good range of meals to choose from and the price was very reasonable. This is a rather soulless, characterless, business hotel which is perfectly adequate for the business traveller but totally lacking in charm for someone on holiday. Anyone on holiday would be better staying at a hotel in the centre of Charlerois. |

La cuisine originale et créative de l'hôtel, les chambres confortables et un grand parking sur place. Dommage que l'hôtel soit situé dans une zone industrielle, pas d'espace vert pour se promener à proximité, pas de salle de sport. |

Nice & clean and simple. Hard beds which I love. It was no problem to park the car 1 week at their parking lot. This is a good hotel, It's not the hotels mistake, but Charleroi community could improve accessibility from this side of the city to the airport. In a straight line it's 400 metres to the airport, but when following official roads it's 4 kilometres, and by foot that's just a little too far. |
