We enjoyed an excellent evening meal in the restaurant. There was a good range of meals to choose from and the price was very reasonable. This is a rather soulless, characterless, business hotel which is perfectly adequate for the business traveller but totally lacking in charm for someone on holiday. Anyone on holiday would be better staying at a hotel in the centre of Charlerois. |

This hotel failed to deliver what it promised. We had booked a Taxi room and pre-arranged a taxi to pick us up at 0530 (the hotel's recommended time) the morning of our flight. The taxi never arrived. I had to twist the clerk's arm to secure another taxi and he had the gall to talk back. Unexcusable. Will never return and will recommend strongly to all to not use the hotel. |

The hotel is close to the airport and offers a transport service to the airport for a good price whilst you leave your car on their parking lot. I can't remember ever having slept on a harder matress. |
