The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly. It is well located.

Although the breakfast is good, it could have more variety.

Narrow streets to drive to

Ideally situated and very close to tram stop. Metro 5 mins walk away. Buy a 10 trip ticket which can be shared and used on all public transport. Bedroom was large and well decorated, bathroom was a little jaded but adequate. Breakfast was typically continental. Internet room a bonus. Reception very kindly recommended a restaurant within 50 metres of hotel as weather was bad, it was excellent and patronised mainly by locals.

Difficult to find due to roadworks in the vacinity which restricted the amount of street parking.

The location. Helpful and friendly receptionist.

Room was dimly lit and dark. In addition it was too warm and the staff couldn't turn on the AC, because 'it's not summer yet'

Quiet, spacious, well-appointed room. Good central location, away from the nasty touristy areas, but with plenty of restaurants and shops in the vicinity. Neighbouring streets contain many fine Art Nouveau house-fronts.

Ground-floor public areas rather cramped, but well compensated by the generous dimensions of the bedrooms.

Large rooms, clean, well kept. Good bathroom facilities.

Not enough towels left after the first day for the number of people. In room coffee not restocked. Toilet paper not restocked.

Very frendly staff. The rooms are very nice too!

I liked the fast Internet access. I liked the closeness to the shops and public transport

Good sized room, large bed and good bed linen; free WiFi; very helpful front-desk staff.

Breakfast room cramped if the hotel is busy; breakfast itself was OK, not great. Douwe Egberts machine coffee not the best start to the day. Not hot when it comes out of the machine, gets put into a coffee pot by staff which cools it further. Fairly undrinkable by the time you try it.

The phonic isolation between rooms is poor. Noisy Mini Bar.

The staff were friendly and helpful.

The breakfast offers the just the basics. There is also a construction site near the hotel, which is obvious (due to the noise) every weekday from 7 am. I have no idea how long that will go on.

The room was very big and comfortable.

The bath amenities (soap, shampoo etc) were not impressive

A bit too far of a walk from city centre. And uphill coming from centre to hotel...hard to do with too many Belgium beers!

That s my second time in this hotel and I got the same room as previous time. I was satisfied with my room even if this time I got one more bed inside, as last time. Last time I mentionned the works close to the hotel which woke me up at 6 in the morning. Now the works started at 7, so I had a good sleep.

i liked location

I asked serving lady at the breakfast for one extra plate and she pointed at my plate which was filled with some food and said in a rude way: "you already have one". Even in 3* hotel you don't expect such service.

WiFi free. Location.

Old facilities. Thin walls - you could hear almost everything from next room. Poor breakfast.

I did like everithing, meanly the staff. They really were very professional and simphatic.

Sometimes I felt the smoke of tabaco in the elevator and it's quite desagreable to be obliged breathing stale air...
