Good sized room Close to restaurants and shops
- Breakfast was very basic. - The room looked clean but found a cotton swab on the floor behind the bathroom floor - maybe the location is better for those who are in Brussels for business or shopping
Great location, Good size rooms with everything you need.
I had a room with a kitchen this time, not the best condition, reminded me of a student kitchen at Uni.
The bed was confortable and the bathroom was renovated.
NO BREAKFAST AVAILABLE because a group of tourists was staying at the hotel: unfortunately it appeared that the breakfast room was saturated (and I came back later on for another trial again but the situation was just the same!) an I just had a chance to take some croissants and disappear from the place (to eat them after I left the hotel) without anyone from the personel in charge of the breakfast saying "good morning" nor offering me an alternative for the breakfast, the staff was just completely ignoring the situation and not paying attention to the hungry people not finding a free place. Not a nice experience that time... Even just this group of tourists (about 50 persons I believe) was too much for the breakfast room (about 30 places or more or less). Would not like to go back there in such conditions...
Localization, breakfast, staff... nothing to complain about.
Nothing at all.
good location, quiet place
rooms older than it looks, bad wifi
I was put in a room on the ground floor, basically next to the reception desk. It was VERY loud throughout all night.
comfortable and very clean, also good location
They gave us a room with an unbearable cigarette smoke smell. Luckily they decided to switch us to another room after being told about it. Wi-fi quality is low, breakfast quality was just below average.
Ample and warm room.
No hand soap in the bathroom. Average breakfast.
Nice staff, spacious room, tea/coffee making facilities, many TV-channels
The room was a bit worn down and the wi-fi was very slow. The bathroom was renovated, but the outcome wasn't very good, e.g. there was water leaking on the floor from a pipe.
Very welcoming, helpful receptionist. Let us leave our bags till check-in time, and after check-out time. Tasteful, quiet room, lovely bathroom.
No soap in bathroom, only shower gel. Duvet a bit light for the time of year. No milk for the tea, in room. Had to go and buy some. Liptons is foul at the best of times, without milk undrinkable!
noise from water/radiator/ventilation system - waking at 02:00 is not nice when doing business. cleaning was sketchy in corners, but bed and bathroom was OK. Complaints were nicely received by night clerk, but didn't reach cleaning personnel
Polite and nice personal of the hotel
- friendly staff - clean room - modern and very clean bathroom
- a bit too far to walk to the historic city center - very poor breakfast - wi-fi connection doesn't almost work
There was no wifi, and they did not arrange it.
Towels was not available in the bathroom.
Value for money makes this hotel quite a nice place to stay in for couple of days on a business trip.
Wi-Fi connection was to slow. Noise at 4 am because clean sheets were delivered to the hotel.
Room size was very good and was generally clean. Only 10 minutes from Louisa
Small and over-crowded breakfast room & range of breakfast options. Dingy landings need brighter bulbs to be safe. Some desk staff, although polite could have been more welcoming, noting that one was very helpful in identifying parking options near the hotel.
The hotel is in a good location, also good value for money for me at the time.Nice hotel in a good area of Brussels, I had a very broad and bright and clean room. Bathroom is modern. Decent continental breakfast, plenty of food. The only little critic the breakfast room was a bit small but that is fine.
We did not use it but parking could be cheaper. 14 Eur. If you do not use the parking, then there is not too many spots to park the car as they are busy and narrow streets but we were always lucky. WiFi is only Okish...it could be better, it is a bit too slow!
It is quite good situated - 3 minutes from a tram station (93 and 94), or 12 minutes from metro station Louise. The room is big and confortable.
The breakfast is poor (bad coffee, only bread / croissants, butter, one type of cheese and some cereals). The wi-fi connection in room is very poor - if you need internet find another hotel!
Very quiet and comfortable room in an interesting and lively area of Brussels.
W-LAN rather slow.
- location was ideal - bed was very comfortable - bathroom was very new - breakfast quite limited in choice but sufficient - have stayed in this area previously but usually in much more opulent hotels - this one however, was half the price of the others
- there was a stained chair in the room - couldn't alter the room temp - it was broken - water had to be turned off for a while - shortlived problem - no restaurant on-site
bad sound insulation the preparation of breakfast and other works in the hotel where noisy enough to wake you up. poor breakfast
Massive room with cool terrace window. Flexible staff who helped us book another night.
The sheet was a bit small for the bed.
Location is very convenient.
1. During stay, we heard electrical noise continously and could not sleep well. 2. Parking space is narrow and so we recommend a traveler to drive a small car to stay at this hotel.
