Location close to metro and train stations. Clean and private rooms
Familiar place, stopped there many times. Comfortable beds Good sized room
Breakfast choice limited
Close to Eurostar station and cheap
Surrounding location is not good. Single room very small.
Bad area, was under construction,I had asked for early check in but room wasn't ready. I got stuck in the elevator.
Close to Midi.
Small room. Elevator is scary - no doors strange contraption that still works. Staff is OK. Neighborhood is shady. I would not go back.
The location is good and near the train station. Staffs are friendly and helpful.
The lift can only hold 2 people and it always stops in the middle of 2 levels. This is very annoying. The light in the room is very weak, we can hardly see things at night.
Location and staff
There was reception rebuild works and the dust was all over the hotel. I was smelling/feeling the dust in my room. Very annoying - and I think very dangerous.
The hotel has free wi-fi that actually works, has hassle-free check-in and check-out, late night door service, and it is very close to the Gare du Midi and to the De Lijn bus hub.
At the time of my visit, the entrance hall was being refurbished and it was a bit of a build site. Work was taking place during the day and did not affect the night sleep quality. The staircase is tight so, if you have large suitcases, budget for a couple of minutes extra to use the one lift available.
High price for the hotel rooms. Very poor breakfast.
Good accomadation Complete breakfast Staff very friendly
Nice quite place
great breakfast, great hotel, super ambiance and location. i do recommend!
location near to the railway station, 24 hour reception, big room fully equipted
The male staff were all very friendly and helpful, the breakfast buffet was satisfactory and the check in and out times very convenient. The beds were comfortable and the showers easy to use.
The entire interior looked like it could have done with a make-over 20 years ago, it was like being stuck in the 70s. The fridge was not working and some of our towels had stains on them (despite having been washed). Complimentary tea and coffee were not refilled, despite it being standard in all low cost hotels. The carpet had also stains on them.
close to train station
clean and good location
Close to the train station
Distance to the center
It was easy to get to from the station, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Our group of 4 had no concerns walking outside at night - good convenience store two doors down too. Hotel was nicer than these reviews suggest!
There was a mixup with the booking.com room allocation but they were able to solve it. The flashing blue neon sign on the outside was pretty bizarre, although it did make it easy to find at night!
Room was excellent.
Location was not that good. Breakfast options were very limited
No WiFi in room despite claims to the contrary Elevator did not always work, had to climb 6 flights of stairs
I needed somewhere close to the Midi station because I was coming in by bus from Charleroi late in the evening, and didn't want to have to travel further once I reached Brussels. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the breakfast was good and the bed was comfortable.
I wouldn't recommend the hotel to women travelling alone. The area was described to me as "not very safe but you look tough". The hotel was tired looking and the name above the door "Midi Agenda" didn't match the name of the hotel I thought I had booked "Midi-Zuid". It was overpriced (131 Euros for bed and breakfast).
Close to BXL midi
-Room was un-cleaned when I checked in and had to move me to another room. -Internet connection poor.
Comfy bed, good quality breakfast, easy checkin and good location
I did not live but it was charged.
