Easy to find, right across the plaza front left of train station. Helpful staff at front desk. No Internet services, I don't care what they advertise. Breakfast pretty good if you can stand the sewer smell in the basement breakfast area.

It was easy to find from the train station and ideally located for transit. We were able to store our luggage with them (not possible at other hotels we stayed at). Clean, quiet, comfortable and welcoming.

We stayed there for only one night. The location is really great, just across the Central Train Station. Staff was friendly, room was clean and beds were very comfortable. We booked a double room but they only had a twin room available.

Comfortable. Very helpful staff By its position there is a fair amount of street noise. Could be intrusive from time to time. Noise insulation might be worth review.

The hotel is located right in the heart of Antwerp. Everything is at few steps away. The facilities are fine. The breakfast is rich and delicious. Strong Internet connection in the room, for free. We had no problem whatsoever and we enjoyed our stay there! The tap in the bathroom does not fit the sink.. It is even a challenge to wash your hands - please fix that! The girls at the Reception desk do not talk much, even when you say 'hello', they just remain indifferent but there is a sir at the night shifts who is nice and communicative. Still if you need anything from any receptionist you will be assisted, no worries.

We had a great time in Antwerp a good hotel for a short stay There where many fruitfly's above the juicer and the breakfast table just use some lemoncleaner and there gone..

Room is big enough and neat. The receptionist was very kind and gave us a lot of help. The beakfast is above average in a 3-star hotel. Near the Antwerp central station, which could save your effort to move you heavy luggage. Walking to the shopping area is within 10 minutes. They even have microwave oven for us to heat some food bought from supermarket nextdoor!! The bed matrixs are too soft, that could hurt people with back pain problems especially elder ones.

Staff was very accommodating regarding the safe keeping of our luggage for the day and we appreciated the internet work station, compared to wifi in other hotels. The location near the central train station was a big plus for us. We also appreciated the city map and used it very much The breakfast setup was cramped (spacing between tables and chairs where other guests were already sitting) and not user friendly.

Reception didn't find my booking under my name. (For I have not shown my booking number). He suggested to make a new booking while I'm afraid my old booking will beocome ' No Show' then I need to pay double room cost. I asked for checking again, my booking was there eventually. May I suggest reception to check client's both Surname and First name respectively that will make sure no confusion and mistake.

Its an ok hotel, good location just next to the central station. Good place to stay for an overnight stay at the city. The hotel location is about 20mins walk from the old market / shopping district. Close to chinatown and bars / restaurants nearby. Downside, there was a funky smell in the hotel corridors - like a toilet smell which was a turnoff. Don't get a room facing the main street as the noise will keep you from having a good night's sleep. Funky smell in the hotel corridors. Rooms facing street too noisy as there was no a/c in the rooms

The best thing was the location and the friendliness of the staff.very eager to help out. I would recommend this hotel over and over to anyone. I think the Accor group dpes a good job. I wouyld definately stay there on my next trip to Antwerpen

Located next to the beautiful Central Train Station, the hotel was clean and bright, as in bright green. The staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was decent. Not in city center but loved the location by the train station, zoo and aquarium. Horrible smell in one of the elevators.
