The location and the breakfast

The bed was small and uncomfortable, the toilet leaked on to the floor each flush.

No kettle in room

Easy, relaxed management. Quiet room, good night's sleep.

The TV at breakfast....it was annoying, intrusive and no-one was watching it. I had to move to getaway from it.

Cheerful place and staff.

The spot position brings a lot of noise during in the night.

Location is right in front of Antwerp Central train station and easy walking distance to good shopping, restaurants, the famous zoo, etc.

Bare bones room, zero amenities, cheap lumpy bed, but clean. Breakfast isn't worth paying extra for.

The staff are very friendly.The room is comfortable. The location is very convenient.

- Perfect Location. Just in front of train station.You can even find very close restaurant service till very late in morning. - Perfect Room / Facilities with nice decoration and very clean bath - Perfect breakfast. - In brief, I would recommend that hotel for everyone especialy that price is very convenient.

Located in the heart of Antwerp next to the train station. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good value

Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was superb and breakfast was fabulous.

Room was very hot even though the heating wasn't on, this was solved by the loan of a fan. Although there were notices about the hotels 'green' credentials our towels were, unnecessarily changed everyday despite that we hung them up.

I have stayed here twice and very friendly staff, good breakfast, WiFi & great location.

Beds were comfortable and bathroom well-fitted, clean and powerful shower. Staff very helpful and polite. Hotel was close to station and excellent value for money. Breakfast lovely - good selection.

Slight smell of sewage in bathroom and on Level -1 near breakfast room. Hotel room floors dusty. Walls thin, so able to hear conversations and TV from adjoining rooms.

The style of old buildings and Cathedaral .Liked walking up the side streets looking at different shops .Hotel was great ,good location but would only walk around in day time

beggars and men sitting outside Antwerp Central station all drinking from can and bottles 9(ALCOHOL) then pestering for money or cigarettes. Felt a bit unsafe and wouldnt walk around in the evening which is ashame as it looked so good lit up

Elevator broken and hotel computer not working,impossible to borrow an umbrella as heavy rain

Rooms are nice, but it seems that furniture and other equipment have been used for a long time.

The wi-fi is free, but we couldn't connect the internet and we had to complain twice before the problem was solved
