Clean, bright rooms, pleasant staff. Noise was not a problem for me as I am fairly deaf, but some people might find the sounds from the bars below a nuisance at night. |

Yes, we really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Our bedroom door was opened at 9am and I awoke to see the cleaning staff there. Also I think it's a bad idea having the safety deposit box behind the counter of the hotel as the customer wants to see where exactly their valuables are and how safe they are. |

Convenience to railway station, tram system etc. Room was very clean, modern and quiet. Breakfast is rather sparse, nothing cooked, no croissants. Rather bland. |

Well located just a few steps from Centraal Station and the Diamond District. Well comunicated by tram with all the city. Inlcudes basic breakfast, but for the price you can´t expect anithing more. The hotel itself is average, the bath drainage wasn´t working properly. The room needed a little maintenance. |

Location was very close to the Centaal Station. trams, zoo, diamond district and easy walk into the old city. Price has been reduced to half, just before I arrived and my lower rate was honored! Given incorrect tram travel instructions to the city center so I found myself in the middle of nowhere. Foul smell in the hallways attempted to be covered up with even worse smelling deodorizer....but all in all, this was a great location and good place to stay for one night. |
