Helpful staff, very convenient location close to the Central Station, well appointed and comfortable room. The poor sound insulation to the room made it very noisy as the trams run close by; the artificial orange juice drink provided for breakfast and the poor coffee. |

The location is excellent. The advertised Internet service (costing more than it should) was bare-bones and wouldn't hold a connection. 3000 ms avg. response time, for those who know what that means. |

Well trained and friendly staff, convenient location (close to railway + public parking), and basic but sufficient for stopover (1 night) equipped, good price performance. Booking was difficult, your system did not accept my CC and the room was cancelled, but I paid at your reception desk with the same card. |

The Agora Hotel is a really well located hotel : in front of the Central Station and The Zoo, and just a few steps away from the old city-center. The juices were... weird, but the rest of the breakfast was good. The blanket in our bedroom wasn't clean enough. And it was noisy. |

It is conveniently close to the station. The room was comfortable, clean and spacious enough. The staff was friendly and accommodating, even keeping our luggage in a secure facility after checking out. We expected very little from Antwerp (was supposed to be only a stopover), but was pleasantly surprised - likewise with the hotel. The breakfast was standard fair. The roads around the hotel are fairly noisy (sirens and the like), but with the window closed it didn't bother that much. |

Central location ideal for shoppng and tourist areas. All within easy walking distance. Adequate continental breakfast. Excellent 24 hour cafe/restaurant 3 doors from hotel. Reception area dull and impersonal. Why is it necessary to pay for Internet connection.........should be free, as in most other hotels. The charge is way too high!!!!!! |

Within walking distance from the train station, I arrived early but my room was ready and they let me check in. The bed covers had some stains on them but the actual bed sheets were all clean so not a big issue. |
