Location was great next to the station . We were a stag party so everything was easy to reach . The Breakfast was fine , coffee etc on Tap , great showers and an all round great value for money Hotel

I really appreciated friendly pro-active staff with a sense of humour. For a budget hotel I was very surprised. My friend had a problem with her room which was attended to promptly. I liked the friendly staff, complementary drinks machine, comfortable beds, cleanliness of the rooms. Spacious clean shower room. Clean line design of rooms.

My friend's room 603 smelt of drains (staff acted immediately to deal with problem) but actually so did most of Antwerp, whole roads dug up where they appeared to be working on them. The breakfast room tables were uncleared of dirty plates (late in service) due to understaffing - just one person for the job on Sunday was unfair to him, he was working his hardest and couldn't have worked harder and still managed to smile!

Very easy to find and easy to get to from the train station. Area was nice. Staff friendly, hotel was very clean. An overall good experience!

The location was great. We enjoyed the use of the PC for free internet access and the coffee machine and pastries.

The hotel was too warm, which made it difficult to sleep. And the bed was far too soft. Neither of us slept well.

You get what you pay for, nothing else. Reception and restaurante people are very friendly.

My bedsheets were not changed during the 5 days I stayed, nor did cleaners swipe the floor within the same period. Receptionists are very kind, but with the exepction of Mr. Kim they were not of much use when asking them about nice restaurants to go, or updated info about museum entrances and tram/buses to take.

Very good buffet breakfast. The location is good if you arrive by train, but is a little far from the historical center.

The nearby parkings are very expensive (16 Euros/Day). The room was very noisy and somewhat hot: since it was cold outside, the temperature was still ok, but I wouldn't stay there during the summer. The bathroom was smelly. We arrived at 12:30 but they didn't let us check-in until 15:00.

The value is very good! There is a good breakfast buffet and the staff is nice. We were only in the hotel for one night, but that was perfect.

The rooms are quite small, but if you keep that in mind, you will be able to enjoy your city break.

Location ideal

Good location near the railway station with lots of places to eat near by. You can eat round the world within walking distance of the hotel. Rooms basic but comfortable and good value for money. Good breakfast.

Just one minute walk from the Centraal station. Very close to the Meir (shopping) street and all major spots like Kleine Post and Flandria. Friendly staff. Clean room, neat beds. Good breakfast. Highly recommend.

Minor issues in the bathroom: the pipes were not attached properly to the sewage system, so it caused a water leak and smelled a little bit. But that's a temporary issue and very easy to fix.

Easy to find, right across the plaza front left of train station. Helpful staff at front desk.

No Internet services, I don't care what they advertise. Breakfast pretty good if you can stand the sewer smell in the basement breakfast area.
