Big and clean rooms

Cheap, nice room, not a big breakfast but... HEY!! a complete room and breakfast for 50€ night, I think it's quite good. Realy near from Nord Station and not far from center.

Most staff is serious and always with an angry face. Rooms cleaned in the afternoon, first day (check in) they cleaned at 6 p.m. and staff where arguing all afternoon in the corridors (we could hear it clearly from the reception)

The price and the location of the hotel.

The room was promoted as a special price but it wasn't mentioned that in order to reach the room you have to go through a deposit room which was often accessed by the staff .

We have stayed 2 nights in this hotel. It has benn fine. Hotel is easy to find and just few steps from the real city centre and also from Nord railway station. Room was i bit small, but for the price was good. Breakfast is superr.

What I liked is the proximity of the down town from Albergo hotel.

Close to transport, staff were very helpfull and good breakfast.

The carpets need a shampoo, lots of dirty marks.

The breakfast was hearty and nicely served by the staff to our tables. The sheets and towels were crisp and clean.

The rugs, which cover most of the hotel's floors, appear dirty and are full of cigarette burns. Many of the rooms do not private washrooms.

free wifi, cheap, location is not bad

Its a very low end hotel, not suitable for couples on a weekend break nor families.

Staff were helpful and welcoming. Adequate breakfast. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Central location near to Brussels Nord and tram system. Although on edge of red light district it did not feel threatening or noisy. Good value hotel.

The room was clean.

The toilet was not enclosed withing my hotel room. I had requested this while booking from booking.com. I had also requested the hotel to confirm my request and they did not reply. I found it very disappointing that they did not answer my email and that the toilet was not included in my room. Moreover the window in my room did not close propertly.
