Close to station and amenities. Friendly staff Simple train journey to airport
Narrow stair case Limited breakfast No hot water late at night
Location allows for walking to Old City and shopping centre etc. Secure clean inexpensive accommodation.
Near to the North station
No elevator, far from metro stations and from city center, wifi was not working, i had to restart it because the receptionist didn't know how to fix it, you can hear people from next room easily.
The person at the desk was kind
It is not clearly stated, but a number of rooms have the WC outside the room. The WC is private, but you have to go out of your room to go to the WC.
Price; room; close to city center;
The Location was in walking distance from the center. About 15 walk
The room had some really hungry mosquitoes. Which I had no idea that there are mosquitoes in Belgium. My wife and I woke up full of bite marks.
Room was nice. Near to the subway and bus stop.
Staff was really bad and rude! We arrived earlier before the check-in time and they said that we should go! They are thinking just money. Wifi was not good. Location is unsecure, there are lots of sex places and people are accordingly unsafe in this place. It is easy to lose your way in streets.
This hotel is close to the Nprth Railway Station.
Not a high-speed wi-fi
The location was okay. It took us about 10 minutes to walk to the Grand Place. The hotel provides free wifi. Breakfast not included but available. The staff were very helpful.
The shower was a bit temperamental.
Not much great location for lads as such
Bad beds, bathroom awful couldnt shut door.never again
Price was fine, since Brussels is quite expensive city.
I book a twin room, instead we get double. Staff did not switch the room, but just put some small bed for second guest.
Very close to EU offices.
No lift, I had a room in 2nd floor (loft conversion) and the toilet was in 1st floor. However there was a shower cubicle in the room. The room was very cold and the heating was not on.
Location was okay, wifi worked
Dampness in the room, visible above the wardrobe and on it, felt dirty. Pillows were shocking, I don't think they have changed them in years, all in bits.
The staff were friendly and helpful the hotel was clean and decent value for the price we paid. You have to remember this is a 2 star hotel.
The location is not great if the weather is poor. As it means taking a taxi, these have to take the ring road to do what could be a short walk. Ends up adding 20 euros everything you want to go out, unless of course you are there for the red light district which is on your doorstep. The surrounding area is a little intimidating. In fact one of our party was attacked by a group of middle eastern men whilst walking home alone.
Cleanliness, the hotel is very old, no elevator, the room was very small, no parking.
The location was better than I expected, 15 minutes walking in to the grand place, but only a couple of minutes from the hotel is the shopping street and metro close by.
The heating was not turned on yet in the hotel, so a bit too cold in the rooms. The rooms are simple, and not decorated with the best taste.
near Noord station and the centre of the town. very friendly staff they also let us use their computer to book some tickets, easy to communicate. beds were comfortable room was adequately clean
very thin walls so its if there are other attendants it could get noisy. the hotel is adjacent to the red light district and it could maybe be a little dangerous at night wifi was slow
easy acces to the city center, close to the train station, friendly staff, rooms pretty ok, maybe they could`ve done a bit more regarding the cleanless, but all good overall ;)
the neighborhood nearby looked kind of unsafe, especially at night, but that was not a big problem, as already said.. very easy acces to the city center
5 minutes walking to Nord station.
The bathroom was horribly dirty and when taking a shower the water did not drain. There was no soap or shampoo. The shower box was tiny with a dirty curtain replacing its glass door.
It was very close to brussels nord station
the room was not very clean. I had to sleep wearing my pants because I didn't want my skin to touch the blankets. My friends also felt their bodies itching. We spent as little as possible in that room
The receptionist at night wasn't very helpful, there are some dodgy (prostitutes) places really close to the hotel, wifi was not very good it kept going down
Close to the city center
