Closeness to public transport. Better than average breakfast. Courteous staff. I was placed in a basement room that smelled bad. Carpet stains looked like mold. Late one night the hotel staff had loud conversations in an adjacent room. |

At 43€, the value for money was excellent. The room was not of the highest cleanliness standard, but acceptable. A few repairs or refurbishing is needed in the bathroom. It is fair for an hotel in central Brussels at that price, and I will go back if the opportunity raises. |

Breakfast was great. Location to the city was pretty good. Bed was super comfy. Hot water was dodgey. Lady at front desk couldnt speak any english (understandable though). Location was a little noisey but anywhere in is. |

The breakfeast is good. The lady in the reception friendly and helpful. Türkiyeden bakanlar için botanique ve rogiere metrosuna yakın. Dgö ve WTC'de işi olanlar için yürüme mesafesinde. Gar de Norde yakın. Bir gece ve iki gece için kalınabilir. Kahvaltı iyi. Bazı günler 40 euro ve altı fiyat veriyor o vakitler fiyatı ve yeri için tercih edilebilir. The rooms and the hotel is small. The stairs are narrow. Shared toilet. çOk güvensiz bir otel değil ancak pasaportu odada bırakmaktan çekinebilirsiniz. Merdivenler dar. Otel küçük. |

Attentive staff, calm area (slept with window open!), eggs for breakfast No wifi, no hotwater on top floor my last morning and very poor cleaning of room (don't move the furniture!!) |

For the first night, I was given a room with shower and toilet inside, which is a bargain. The breakfast was great and the staff was friendly. The hotel shower do not have any toiletries |

Nice people at reception; fresh breakfast, hot buns. Value for money was good. If looking for a cheap clean romm -- this is the place. Room at the ground floor, did not dare to leave the window open. The room was rather hot although the central heating was switched off. |

Cheap, nice room, not a big breakfast but... HEY!! a complete room and breakfast for 50€ night, I think it's quite good. Realy near from Nord Station and not far from center. Most staff is serious and always with an angry face. Rooms cleaned in the afternoon, first day (check in) they cleaned at 6 p.m. and staff where arguing all afternoon in the corridors (we could hear it clearly from the reception) |

It's cheap and in a good location cleanness; well the room seemed to get cleaned every day but it wasn't enough to cancel the very evident signs of use and time. |
