A pleasant hotel near the city centre, on the direct line from the Zevantem airport and near the Gare du Nord for next traveling. It is a good place for a short-time stay. |

It was good value for money. The location is ok, 10 minutes walk from the closest metro station. The room was clean. In comparison to the prices of other hotels I checked in Brussels, the rate for this hotel persuaded to stay. :) Our room even had a new bath, so we quite enjoyed the stay! :) It was a bit noisy during the night. Perhaps it was because of the elevator next to the room. |

The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was really worth it. Huge selection, fresh fruits and meat, buns, croissants, cheese, yogurt. Quite diverse. It was a little noisy (plumbing perhaps?). There was no elevator and the staircase was quite small, so not good if you have a large bag. |

Very kind and friendly staff. Close to the city center and main touristic places (10 minutes walk, bus and tram stops right outside the hotel). Confortable and clean rooms and cheap good breakfast. Excelent quality for the price!! Only that the entrance to the parking is a bit complicated to get the car out. But hey, it has parking, which is great!!! Also the lift was very small (only for 2 people or one person with lugagge) |

It is situated enough close to tram station, there is no noise inside, room is completely OK. It would be better if Internet connection is provided by resonable cost, not 6 euros per 2 hours. Unfortunatelly, if you walk from Gare de Nord to Hotel there is a lot of garbage at the streets, but... when you go by tram you cannot see that. |

If you walk from north station to the hotel which is very near you have to pass a red light district. |

The room was excellent with a good shower and a modern televison. As I paid only €49 for a huge family room with two double beds, the value was outstanding. The plumbing was faulty in that I could not turn down the excessive heating in the bathroom, and there was a sound of dripping water through the radiators all night. The radiator was jammed on. |

Very close to tram stops. The city was easily accesible. Very helpful staff. The kettler was not working, instead of one double bed there was two singles joined together. Poor quality of everything, old hotel. |

Very good value, given the normally high price of Brussels hotels. Although a bit out of the main city centre attractions, a frequent tram service was adjacent to the hotel and the metro only a short walk away. |

The rooms did not had good sound isolation, the staff has no idea about locations we needed to go. The hotel charged extra 5 Euro per day for breakfast and 5 more for tourist tax. We were plan our budget on 300Euro but with those additional cost we paid + 120 Euro. For that amount we could stay at the hotel with more stars. |
