helpful staff and a good breakfast. free parking however was hard to get in carpark as although we booked a spaceit was given to others ,luckly was street parking. |

The hotel Albert was clean and offered very good value-for-money. I was slightly fortunate in that they put me in the Residence Albert, an annexe to the hotel next door-but-one normally used for longer-staying guests. The staff were friendly and breakfast was continental, as much as you can eat. The curtains of my room were a little broken (hooks) which meant that they did not quite cover the whole window; made worse by the fact my room overlooked the street, so I never got darkness in my room. |

They charged for room twice. Its fraud. You need to cancel this type of hotel from your list. Kindly arrange to refund Euro 65 |

good location, plasma tv with all french, many french speaking channels, tve i, rtp i, zdf, cnn, euronews eng... the receptionist lady helped me a lot to know how to go to Laeken area, she even called a friend on her mobile to ask him!!!! towels were not renewed, and i never got any shampoo |

Just visiting bruxelles, which to do, you have to walk for 25-30 mins. Yup, the parking system, lack of info when needed |

The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was god. There was a corridor to the fire escape close to our room, which people used for smoking and they also left the door open - we thus got the smoke smell into our room and also the room became very cold. |
