Actually we did not like the hotel, the room smells very bad and it is really small and expensive!... Booking.com should not list this hotel on the web page!!!! Almost everything was bad with this hotel. |

The staff were friendly and helpful, the bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. Whilst not in the very centre of Bruges, the hotel location is fine for exploring the city on foot. As others have said the hotel is immediatley next to the bus station. We stayed in a room directly opposite. Whilst there was some noise this was minimised by closing the windows which was fine in winter. |

The breakfast was absolutely first class and our waitress so polite and attentive. Our room was larger than expected and the bathroom was very modern and included a shower /bath, even though our room faced the main road and was opposite the bus shelter this was not a problem as the room had secondary double glazing. The room was spotlessly clean. The location was ideal particularily if you come by car as we did because the hotel is only 100metres from an underground parking area(parking centrum) and is good value at 8 euros 97cents per day. This was our third stay in Brugge and by far the best holiday and we would whole heartedly recommend this hotel. We ourselves will stay there again. |

It was very clean, the location excellent for access to sights and station. The staff were welcoming and helpful. Noise from bus station opposite and road could be a nuisance in summer when windows would be open. |

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very enjoyable. This hotel was good value for money. We were told by the hotel staff about cheap car parking at the train station which turned out to be very cheap. The walk from the hotel to the square via the main street was very enjoyable with lots of shops and cafes on the way. Given the pound/ euro exchange rate our stay was reasonably priced. A bit of a steep climb up the stairs to the room is not ideal for the elderly although I managed it (just). |

Location was good for seeing the City. Staff were very friendly. Room was very comfortable, excellent family area. Breakfast was good. It's located next to the bus station and the room is noisy with the window open. But the windows had good sound proofing. |

The breakfast was good and it was close to the station and town square. Great location. It was very noisy. Our room was facing the main road and opposite the bus station. It was incredibly noisy at night. |

The room was comfy and clean. Though the room was small, both it and bathroom had some nice modern upgrades to make it nice, including a larger flat screen TV. AC worked well. Location outside the main bus terminal wasn't even noticeable at night with the two sets of windows closed. A great location in Bruges! No elevator, but no big deal. They'll help you with your bags up the 2 or 3 flights of stairs, if you like. |

The family rooms were very comfortable - distinctive, but with separate bedrooms for parents and children which was much appreciated. The staff were all very accomodating - going out of their way to ensure we had a pleasant stay. It's a well located hotel as well - easily accessible to the train station and the old city. |

Great service, close to train station and town. A clean room and great breakfast close to main road and across the street from major bus stop. Very noisey when the window was open. It is necessary to open the window in the summer. |
