The staff is really friendly and nice. The room is much pretty and comfortable.
No elevator. A bit hard if you have heavy luggage.
Helpful staff, breakfast was tasty, location was perfect and room was so cosy.
Price quite high..
The spaciousness of theroom The decor The beds The situation - very close to the centre, walkable from the station
The wet room - the floor didn't dry after a shower and it needed an implement to dry it off to make the bathroom usable
We loved the location ,the hotel, the owner who couldn't do enough for us ..was just a lovely relaxing stay ..no faults here ....return again ...
There was a bit of noise on the outside street ....but hey it was Christmas ...to be expected .....
Everything was perfect great hotel , so close to the city center staff very kindness great we hope to come back soon !
Location is very good. The owners were very welcoming and helpful. Our room was comfortable and nicely decorated. It was also very quiet considering it was full.
Just yards from the main square and lots of activity, could not be better.
Bars and restaurants around the square were very dear compared to a few streets back.
Very very friendly staff, very nice hotel, good price with breakfast. Thank you very much.
The hotel staff were extremely polite and helpful, breakfast was good with a wide choice. Rooms are spacious and modern in decor, we would use this hotel again.
Limited parking facilities being a double garage which you must book well in advance to guarantee a space. At present there is no lounge facility which may be resolved during further improvements over the next year.
She helped us alot when we asked her information on what to do.
The owner was very helpful and thoughtful. It was very clean and the beds were fantastic. Location is perfect and owner offered her advice on where to eat. Couldn't fault it and I am picky
Nothing. Didn't want to use wifi so can't comment on that
Locality, charming hostess, breakfast, room, cleaniness, help given in all aspects, friendliness.
Very good position. Quiet. Clean and comfortable
It feel like a comfortable bed&breakfast but it is an hotel, warm welcome, beautiful deco specialy liked the comfort room with garden view. Very nicely situated specialy for tourist. As we were late for breakfast we had a surprise breakfast plate at our room door thank you.
as we were right in front of stairs we could here people coming and going specialy at busy hour like during breakfast. I would suggest perhaps to see about noise what can be done?! Perhaps a change of doors?!
Location, Cleanliness, WiFi, Friendly, Helpful, We had no complaints at all the owners are very friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and spacious, breakfast was very good, had continental before but this was very good. Would recommend to anybody. Thank You for a lovely stay.
We stayed in room 11 and the only mirror is in the bathroom which is a bit of a problem when 3 people are trying to get showered and dry hair etc. when the mirror is in the bathroom.
We arrived at 9.30 pm, being held up in traffic and having to park along way a way. The hotel was locked when we arrived. We pressed the intercom and was told the hotel was closed at 8.30. By a very curt lady. We explained that we had a booking and was late due to the above. She said she had texted us ( which we never received ) and that she emailed. We could not receive her email until in the room with wifi. We replied with an apology to her email for any inconvenience . She reluctantly let us in and told us our key was on the desk in a box. This wasn't a good welcome. The room although clean was very cramped. We had requested a quiet room and was given a room at the front of the building which was very noisy. It was very warm so we had to have the window open. Consequently very little sleep. When we went down for breakfast she demanded I produced my passport and fill in the registration forms before we ate. Breakfast was very difficult with a bad atmosphere. We would never stay here again nor recommend it to anyone. We received an email from her shortly after we left which I think was an attempt at deflecting bad feedback but this didn't however hold any water as this was a thuroughly bad experience. The hotel had a lovely personal feel about it. Stylishly decorated, a very comfortable bed. Clean facilities and a very good breakfast with real attention to detail. Excellent location for the centre of Bruge. We had a lovely stay. Highly recommended.
Nothing at all.
Very peaceful and quiet.central location
we really enjoyed our stay in this wonderful hotel. The location is great to explore the city, even at such a crowded time of the year, the hotel was a peaceful oasis. The room was simply spotless, the breakfast buffet was rich, hearty and delicious. The family De Muynck makes you feel special with their sincere hospitality.
