I don t like that every time i come i get a better price from booking.be as i come very often it will be nice if a get a better price by booking to the hotel direct. All the rest very good since November i came already 3 times plus my secretary regards Vito |

The sphere of the room was quite relaxing. The staff upon our arrival was most helpful and friendly. The breakfast service in the morning was good and efficient. The proposed menu was also very satisfactory. Great variety. The rate was very good for the quality of service that we got in return. Many thanks for a memorable stay. We would love to come back. |

I like the location which could not be better just next to the railway station. The breakfast is just excellent with a great buffet and delicious coffee. This time the weather was very cold in Antwerpen and the heating was not sufficient. |

The sheets needed to be replaced, it is not admissible that a 4 star hotel (i dont know how gives the classification, but 2 is more than the correct class), uses dirty sheets, i´m not saying they weren´t washed, but after wash, they were for shure scrubbing the floor. The hotel. they say it was in remod, so we couldn´t use the pool, the photos in the web are very well shot, little light, i can now see why. |

Very good location for a city trip. Next to the Zoo, Antwerpen central station and all diamond's shopping street. Hotel becoming a bit old. A big rooms refresh should be done and they should pay a bit more attention on their facilities (TV & AC). Also a bit cold during the night. |

just nearby the Central Station. Next time, I dont want to stay that hotel anymore. the elevator was bad, very slow, room is dirty. Remote control for TV was nonfunctional. Some of the lamp was nonfunctional. |

breakfast, good position near station and centre this is not a four stars hotel, it is actually a 3stars. reception and breakfast room are modern and good looking, once you enter the lift and you room you see that total restyle needed... Quite strange noises during the night frequently heard too |

The location. It's in the main shopping centre and jewellery quarter and also a short 10 minute walk from the old town. The foyer is attractive and inviting. Rooms are shabby and when we complained were upgraded but even the upgraded room was shabby. On arrival we were told that we had to take breakfast from 8am to 8.45 am! at the weekend! The health spa is closed also.In my opinion this hotel has no right to 4 stars.It desperately needs renovation. |

Nice hotel with a fantastic location with regards to the train station and the airport bus, restaurants and shopping. Fine and friendly service by the staff. Your key cards or your magnetic card writer needs replacement. It should not be necessary to rewrite a key card several times during a stay at the hotel. Out of six people two of us got a wrong bill (two nights instead of three). Luckily the staff corrected this without further problems at checkout. |

Breakfast! 8 ladies in 9th floor. None of us could have a proper shower during two days. No pressure. Horrible. We ask for fixing the day after, but nothing happend. Why not give us other rooms with water when things like this happen? We aks for two more sheets, but no was the answer.The breakfast staff was very kindly, but the two persons in reseption friday evening, were not very nice. Perhaps they did not like us? One of the staff sunday morning was nice. |
