Location excellent and price/quality ratio fairly good. Automatic light in the room :(. Sauna not available. Receptionist did not know about 'Summer Special'. |

The breakfast was very good. The light in bathroom was only possible to switch on together with the light in the room. So my partner couldn't sleep anymore when I was taking a shower as I had to put the light on in the room as well. There was no shower curtain in the bathroom, so the water was all over. |

After reading some of the negative comments on your website about this hotel, I was a bit reluctant to book it. However, any problems in the past, now appear to have been rectified. I stayed in a clean, newly renovated room. The breakfast buffet was very nice, and the staff were helpful. |

Location was perfect for us. 100 metres from train station and a short 15 minute walk into all the main attractions in the beautiful centre of Antwerpen. Staff were friendly, the buffet breakfast of a morning was more than adequate, the lobby was clean and welcoming and the rooms were also clean and spacious enough. The bed mattress was small and too soft for us and there were no fitted sheets on the bed so they kept coming loose. |

It was very old. I had a roomon the first floor which was on the street side, loud and not so bright. Then they changed it to a higher floor and this was better. |

The hotel was extremely central, ideal location, very easy to get bus to and from airport as stops just 10yards away. very nice reception area The hotel is advertised as a 4 star it clearly is not. The leisure facilities are closed indefinetly, the rooms badly need to be painted. The bathroom in the bedroom has very black grout and broken tiles. Depending on whether someone just wanted a comfy bed and excellent location and not style or facilities would depend on whether I would recommend it to them |

I have read guest reviews before booking Alfa De Keyser and they are seamed to me very contradictory. Now, after staying in that hotel I can tall about my own opinion that everything depends from who will meet you at reception... Swimming pool and sauna are still out of order. Would be interesting to know when reconstructing is gonna be over ?!? |

Booked my accommodation on line, and on arrival at the De Keyser Hotel dealt with promptly and efficiently. Reception staff most helpful with advices re parking facilities, travel in Antwerp and local information. Fully intend to stay there again. |

There was only one person on duty when I arrived (18.00h) and no-one to help wit luggage which is not good enough for a 4 star. Warm water did not work, I was then given an upgrade to a suite which was very nice and the bath excellent but the shower very dirty. |

Rooms are fairly spacious, comfortable bedding, and it is remarkably quiet. Cleanliness is definitely not a strong point of the hotel. I believe it is due to a lack of training (or economies in training) of its cleaning staff. However, there is always one hair on every clean towel... |
