Tosi hyvä sijainti päärautatieaseman vieressä. Tosi siisti ja erinomainen aamiainen. Hinta/laatu tosi edullinen. |

Keskeisellä paikalla aivan Central Stationin vieressä oleva lyhyeen vierailuun soveltuva hotelli. Aamupala eurooppalaisuudesta poiketen runsas sisältäen jokaiselle jotakin. Savuton 5. kerros. Huolimatta keskeisestä sijainnista riittävän rauhallinen. Henkilökunta kielitaitoista. Jouduimme lähtemään aamulla aikaisin ja pyynnöstä huolimatta ( edellisenä päivänä pyydetty) emme saaneet aamupalaa juicea lukuunottamatta. Pitkä automatka edessä ja lento senjälkeen Suomeen. Lavuaari oli tukossa, suihkusta tuli vain kuumaa vettä, mutta ne korjattiin. Minibaarin listalla oli shampanja, joka puuttui. Tarkasta sisältö tulessasi. Ilmastointi toimi sekä lämpö että viilentäminen. |

The location. It's in the main shopping centre and jewellery quarter and also a short 10 minute walk from the old town. The foyer is attractive and inviting. Rooms are shabby and when we complained were upgraded but even the upgraded room was shabby. On arrival we were told that we had to take breakfast from 8am to 8.45 am! at the weekend! The health spa is closed also.In my opinion this hotel has no right to 4 stars.It desperately needs renovation. |

Nice hotel with a fantastic location with regards to the train station and the airport bus, restaurants and shopping. Fine and friendly service by the staff. Your key cards or your magnetic card writer needs replacement. It should not be necessary to rewrite a key card several times during a stay at the hotel. Out of six people two of us got a wrong bill (two nights instead of three). Luckily the staff corrected this without further problems at checkout. |

Breakfast! 8 ladies in 9th floor. None of us could have a proper shower during two days. No pressure. Horrible. We ask for fixing the day after, but nothing happend. Why not give us other rooms with water when things like this happen? We aks for two more sheets, but no was the answer.The breakfast staff was very kindly, but the two persons in reseption friday evening, were not very nice. Perhaps they did not like us? One of the staff sunday morning was nice. |

I liked the location and the helpfulness of the staff The bed was very very uncomfortable the room was very warm and the aircon didnt work and had to leave the window open for some air which was then noisey at times |

The water pressure in the bath was very low. The air conditioning did not work. The spa was closed and this was a big dissapointment because it was one of the basic reasons we booked the hotel. |

The breakfast was good but I prefere real coffee on nescafé :-( The staff at the desk was friendly and helpfull but not organized. I can understand that you have to do your administration but it would be better to do your administration when there aren't clients waiting to check in/out. |

Good because of its closeness to the Central Station and it was good value for money. The breakfast was also good value, and our room was very quiet. The lighting in the room made it difficult to read in the evening. |

The De Keyser is a very comfortable hotel located just opposite the cental train station. The rooms are a good size, very clean and quiet at night. The breakfast buffet is exceptionally good with a wide selection on offer. I didn't care for the automatic light switch in my room. It would turn itself on nearly every time I moved. I cannot answer the question below about guest reviews because I haven't read them. |

Good breakfast Hotel didn't have my reservation, but did give me a room without any further questions based on the printed reservation I had. Although they have decorate/restyled the hotel you can still see this is an old hotel. |
