Henkilökunta (joka on kypsä selittelemään hotellin epäkohtia ja ainakin yksi etsii uuttaa työpaikkaa...). Mutta jaksoivat vielä olla ystävällisiä ja avuliaita. Remontti! |

The location was very good The towels was always very dirty even when they were changing it was not washed good always stains on them and they did not changed the bed sheet during my stay of 5 nights, the internet was not free, buffet breakfast was very limited |

Close to the train station. In general it was too hot in the hall way and in the rooms. There was a stuffy smell everywhere and the bed were very uncomfortable. One of us even slept on the floor since the mattress was so poor. The safe in one room did not work, and this was not repaired in spite of immediate report. |

It was close by the station. It had a good breakfast and the staf were all very helpful. The price was good value. I would stay there again. My room had ac working, but the room of my friends didn't and others that we met there did not have ac either |

The hotel offers a fantastic breakfast. My room (706) was very quiet and allowed smoking. The hotel is very close to the central train station. |

The place of the hotel is outstanding, near sentral railway station, at the start of the Keyser Lei, in the shopping area There were many small thing out of order and the maintenance crew could learn from the reception staff, the breakfast staff was first class, but the cleaning of the room leave place for improvement. It is nice to have a water cattle, but if they don't renew the tay, coffee and milk, who needs a watercettle ? |

The room was comfortable and clean. We were not warned that the hotel lobby was undergoing major renovation. It was a bit of a trek to make it into the lobby, and the workers started hammering before 8 am. |

The bar, the room and the breakfast They only had one person on reception, I was standing in line for 20 minutes for the check in. Maybe it was bad timing but you normally see more than one person at reception in a 4 * hotel. They are also renovating the lobby which did not add to my impressions. |

it was ok. the breakfast was good and so was the location. staff were helpful. towels were changed daily. i would recommend this for location only for the diamond district. the hotel bar was very expensive. the room was tiny and small and scruffy.and there was mosquitos in the room. and we were given a non smokers room even though we asked for a smoking room. there was missing information in the folder provided plus the labels for hangong on hte doors were missing. |
