In the heart of Antwerp, with a choice of cosy quietness and modern comfort, this is a luxurious 4-star hotel in the city centre, close to the Central Station.

123 rooms, of which 8 are suites, come with the listed amenities. There are 3 meeting rooms for up to 120 people and you will find public covered parking in the surrounding neighbourhood. Our own health and relaxation centre features a fitness room, swimming pool, whirlpool and sauna, as well as a solarium and hammam. It is free of charge for hotel guests (except the solarium).

The staff were very friendly

To use the water tap by the bath,the bed was not very comfortable and we had some difficulty to use the lift.

Location was central in Antwerp

I stayed in the hotel twice - in one room the window was broken and
cluld not be closed - making it cold and noisy at night, in both rooms
the safety depost boxes were both broken

Location right next to the train station

Sauna, fitness and pool in very very bad shape and dirty. Front desk handed out towels for the Sauna, but did not inform that it was broken (insulation hanging from the ceiling, electricity cables hanging down etc). It was supposed to be an upper class hotel, so we had kind of different expectations. Maybe 15 years ago it was a good deal.

The lobby floor was great. The floor where my room was looked kind of run down.

it was near the train station and it was very central

The hotel bar wasnt open till the evening. There was no where you could get a cup of tea in the hotel which i thought was very poor.The room we stayed in was a delux and to me it wasnt very delux. It was clean and comfortable. The view was also absolutely terrible from our window, we looked out on a high stone wall to three sides(trianglur shape). It was very enclosed so I didnt open the curtains.

Location is great, next to central station.

Very convenient for those guests arriving at the main train station. A buffet breakfast was included in the price so that made it even better value.

Air conditioning in the room was very poor and even though it wasn't exceptionally hot outside the hotel the rooms were quite humid. It didn't help that if you left the window open to cool the room then the mosquitoes could get in and attack during the night.
