l'aria condizionata poco pulito, mobilia scadente, e non ha nessun tipo di offerta per essere un 4 stelle, buffet scarso, ascensore con la chiave (inutile). |

la comodità perchè vicino alla stazione e alla mia zona d'interesse la poca professionalità del personale. La pulizia della camera, che probabilmente non usata da parecchio tempo mi è stata assaegnata con ancora della polvere sulla scrivania. |

Nice hotel with a fantastic location with regards to the train station and the airport bus, restaurants and shopping. Fine and friendly service by the staff. Your key cards or your magnetic card writer needs replacement. It should not be necessary to rewrite a key card several times during a stay at the hotel. Out of six people two of us got a wrong bill (two nights instead of three). Luckily the staff corrected this without further problems at checkout. |

We liked the quitness and the breakfast The swimming pool and the fitness room were closed for an undetermined period and we even didnt know that in advance. |

Breakfast! 8 ladies in 9th floor. None of us could have a proper shower during two days. No pressure. Horrible. We ask for fixing the day after, but nothing happend. Why not give us other rooms with water when things like this happen? We aks for two more sheets, but no was the answer.The breakfast staff was very kindly, but the two persons in reseption friday evening, were not very nice. Perhaps they did not like us? One of the staff sunday morning was nice. |

I liked the location and the helpfulness of the staff The bed was very very uncomfortable the room was very warm and the aircon didnt work and had to leave the window open for some air which was then noisey at times |

The water pressure in the bath was very low. The air conditioning did not work. The spa was closed and this was a big dissapointment because it was one of the basic reasons we booked the hotel. |
