Utmärkt bra rum,speciellt badrummet var av hög klass.Perfekt läge nära järnvägsstationen.Godkänd frukostbuffe. Kortkrav för att använda hissen,det var lite struligt att få det att fungera. Men ok. säkerheten mot objudna gäster blir ju högre |

Ok hotell som löste problem utan att sucka. Utmärkt läge precis vid stationen längst upp på huvudgatan. Man var tvungen att boka in sig på en sittning för rukosten, åtminstone på helgen. En dag uteblev städning efter att vi bett städet komma tillbaka om två timmar. Vi hade ringt och frågat om barn på rummet och sedan angett att vi reste med barn, ändå blev det strul med barnsängar och utrymme som de iofs lyckades lösa till vår fördel. Spa-avdelningen var stängd för renovering men det visste vi sen innan från deras hemsida. |

Tyst och rökfritt rum. Bra läge och standard. Förlängd utcheckningstid. Störande fläktljud i rummet. Svårt ställa in temperaturen. Automatisk tändning av hallampa när man rörde sig i sängen |

The location. It's in the main shopping centre and jewellery quarter and also a short 10 minute walk from the old town. The foyer is attractive and inviting. Rooms are shabby and when we complained were upgraded but even the upgraded room was shabby. On arrival we were told that we had to take breakfast from 8am to 8.45 am! at the weekend! The health spa is closed also.In my opinion this hotel has no right to 4 stars.It desperately needs renovation. |

Nice hotel with a fantastic location with regards to the train station and the airport bus, restaurants and shopping. Fine and friendly service by the staff. Your key cards or your magnetic card writer needs replacement. It should not be necessary to rewrite a key card several times during a stay at the hotel. Out of six people two of us got a wrong bill (two nights instead of three). Luckily the staff corrected this without further problems at checkout. |

Breakfast! 8 ladies in 9th floor. None of us could have a proper shower during two days. No pressure. Horrible. We ask for fixing the day after, but nothing happend. Why not give us other rooms with water when things like this happen? We aks for two more sheets, but no was the answer.The breakfast staff was very kindly, but the two persons in reseption friday evening, were not very nice. Perhaps they did not like us? One of the staff sunday morning was nice. |

I liked the location and the helpfulness of the staff The bed was very very uncomfortable the room was very warm and the aircon didnt work and had to leave the window open for some air which was then noisey at times |

The water pressure in the bath was very low. The air conditioning did not work. The spa was closed and this was a big dissapointment because it was one of the basic reasons we booked the hotel. |

The breakfast was good but I prefere real coffee on nescafé :-( The staff at the desk was friendly and helpfull but not organized. I can understand that you have to do your administration but it would be better to do your administration when there aren't clients waiting to check in/out. |

I think that the hotel needs refurbishing. Entrance + reception looks great but when you step in lift - you feel age and rooms are also old. |
