it was ok. the breakfast was good and so was the location. staff were helpful. towels were changed daily. i would recommend this for location only for the diamond district. the hotel bar was very expensive. the room was tiny and small and scruffy.and there was mosquitos in the room. and we were given a non smokers room even though we asked for a smoking room. there was missing information in the folder provided plus the labels for hangong on hte doors were missing. |

Room was quite despite being in city centre, nice and clean room. The jacuzzi shoul have been activated, only the pool was ready to use for guests. |

Location right next to the train station Sauna, fitness and pool in very very bad shape and dirty. Front desk handed out towels for the Sauna, but did not inform that it was broken (insulation hanging from the ceiling, electricity cables hanging down etc). It was supposed to be an upper class hotel, so we had kind of different expectations. Maybe 15 years ago it was a good deal. |
