Sorry hotel stay was very poor. First room was located on the fifth flloor in 510, which has the main are conditioning unit on the balcony for the hotel. I then moved rooms to 502, which was OK, but never got any hot water during my stay. |

reasonable hotel close proximity to central station I stayed there for few hours but the onlz thing that might bother is noise of cars from the street, plus might be some people shooting at each other. |

I made a complaint that the window can not close at the reception. In the evening it was not repaid. It was very noisy and the air conditioner in the next room was rustling strongly. |

A good economy hotel near to the station with a very acceptable breakfast. Small reception area which can get very busy. Were placed in a very bad room with a noisy air-conditioning plant on the balcony. Complained and were moved rooms.After that, things improved and were happy with our stay. |

Central location close to central station, shops en historical centre. Good breakfast with enough variation. Parking next door for € 10,-/ 24 h. The window in the room could not be closed entirely and there were some mosquitoes in the room. The cleaning of the bathroom could have been better. |

Hotel and room was clean and staff efficient and helpful. Overall would be more than happy to stay again. Breakfast was plentiful and good selection / quality. Personally was happy that the hotel provided an excellent base for a few days in Antwerp. May not be everyone's cup of tea as its closeness to Central Station means a 15 minute walk to Antwerp centre. Hardly the hotels fault ( ! ) and not really a problem for me. Taxi's & trams are however plentiful close by. |

A convenient room and perfect location in the center of the beautiful city of Antwerp for a reasonable price. The double beds were not really double since they had two matresses instead of one big one.. |

The room was large and the bathroom too. I had reserved a twin bedroom and asked for a not noisy room and I got a double bedroom, with a terrible noise due to the air conditioning plant of all the floor just on my terrace; when I asked to have the room changed the staff answered that they had no more free rooms, although I had reserved the room many days before. |
