Antwerp City Center Hotel    

The room are very big. and the location is really good, about 2 minutes to get the central station. the TV is really good, for the chinese we can watch CCTV-4 & CCTV9 in antwerp is really happy.

the facilities are a little old, and the carpet is not very clean.

Big rooms

Staff unfriendly and unhelpful. Rooms were dirty. The lift is from 1973 and in poor condition. The windows are not double glazed and you can hear everything from the street.

near Central Station, and most of the attractions.

Street noise was awful. The hotel is next to a shopping centre and supplying trucks were coming from early morning.

I stayed for 2 nights. The staff were all very friendly. My room was huge, well laid out and very clean. I had good nights sleep on very comfortable beds. The shower was fantastic! Could try a little harder with the breakfast guys in my opinion - not too much choice. The location is also perfect.

Slightly tired appearance, or rather a rather budget makeover, the bathrooms particularly were a bit tired with overpainted tiles and dirty sealant etc

the male staff is rude, arrogant and helpless! he ruined my whole trip, and still a nightmare. 男性员工态度极度傲慢,让人非常生气,绝对不推荐.

Modern clean room. They give you a discount at the parking garage.

Breakfast not included and at 12.50/person seems quite pricey to me.

Location next to a car parking. 5 minuten walk to central station. Lots of diamond shops nearby. Good food in the neighbourhood. Check tripadvisor for restaurant Reload!

There is no public toilet in the lobby, so you only have the toilet in the hotel room.

The lack of good double glasing on the windows. We were on the 3rd floor on the street side and the traffic (not very dence though) was annoying. One sensitive to noises (like me) needs earplugs to sleep well

Staff was nice Hotel and room were great Candy at reception was really tasty (must try!!) Room was wide and there was kettle in the room.

Its too cold in the room, leak air from window (winter) Difficult to find according to the changing name and maintenance of the front door! (December'2012)

The room was excellent, very big with big tv flat. It is one of the biggest room I have ever stayed on.

Great location to Central station, Shopping District and a short walk to the Town Center (Grote Markt). Comfortable bed and huge flat screen TV. Public parking garage next to hotel about 12 to 16 Euros depending on length of stay.

Bathroom a little bit dirty, mildew on the shower tiles and shower curtain needs to be replaced.

Nice interior decor and friednly staff.

Light over the relax seat did not work and was not fixed even after examination by the staff. The adult movie was to operate after 11 pm but this was not avaiable.

Huge family room. Great location, great price. Modern and comfortable furnishings. Honest and safe. I left my ipad charger behind as we moved to our next destination. Upon realizing, I emailed the hotel and they kept it for me for several days until I could get back to Antwerp to retrieve the charger.
