The family that runs the hotel are very friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was outstanding. |

Hotel room was somewhat small, but clean and bed comfortable. Breakfast buffet was nicely laid out and coffee was very good; waitress and coffee server were just fine. Maitre and his assistant female manager in breakfast dining room were sloppily dressed, most arrogant, and poorly trained professionally. Poor understanding of English. Had a difficult time trying to order coffee with hot milk, assistant manager was very unfriendly and inflexible. Maitre refused to understand our problem with ordering. Left with unpleasant feeling due to hostile atmosphere. |

The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was great! I really felt at home. I think the hotel could invest in some new towels for the bathroom. Even though my towels were clean, they looked as if they have been used for the last 10 years. |

The position within the town was excellent. It was close to the station so we also visited Brugge by train. The staff were wonderful and the manager made the stay really pleasant with personal service, always having time to chat and a really friendly disposition. People smoking in the lounge although we understand that smoke free zones are not necessary by law. |
