It was good to have one room that slept a family of 5. The staff gave great advice on where to eat with children and it had a play area. |

Very friendly staff, excellent service, wonderful live piano music, a high standard of cleanliness... plus a well presented, comprehensive breakfast buffet with champagne Slightly basic rooms for the price band |

The breakfest was really great. The hotel personal was very friendly. Het ontbijt was echt geweldig. Het personeel was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. The rooms were to hot to sleep well, we could not open the window for fresh air cause the next morning we had a lot of bugs in the room. To much noise from outside and inside, tin walls.. De kamers waren te heet om fatsoenlijk te slapen, we konden de raam niet opendoen want de volgende morgen stikte het van de beestjes. Veel lawaai van buitenaf maar ook van binnenaf door de dunne muur. |

Good clean (if small) rooms. Great breakfast, lots of choice and good fresh food. We paid for 3 days parking even though we were only parked for less than 48 hours - this wasn't really explained to us properly. The non-smoking room smelt of smoke, I suspect it was coming in from a vent from a smoking room. |

good proximaty to the sea; great breakfast buffet; nice staff The no smoking rooms smelled like someone had recently been smoking in them. As a person allergic to smoke, this made it hard to sleep and my stay less comfortable. |

Hotel room was somewhat small, but clean and bed comfortable. Breakfast buffet was nicely laid out and coffee was very good; waitress and coffee server were just fine. Maitre and his assistant female manager in breakfast dining room were sloppily dressed, most arrogant, and poorly trained professionally. Poor understanding of English. Had a difficult time trying to order coffee with hot milk, assistant manager was very unfriendly and inflexible. Maitre refused to understand our problem with ordering. Left with unpleasant feeling due to hostile atmosphere. |

Beau salon cosy au rez de chaussée, déco des chambres agréable, personnel accueillant. Et surtout un super petit déjeuner : buffet très fourni et varié, produits de qualité, le tout accompagné par un pianiste ! Bruits de radiateurs (claquements dus à la dilatation) dès 7h30 du matin compromettant tout rêve de grasse matinée... Les portes des chambres sont anciennes et n'isolent pas des bruits extérieurs. La télé n'offre que des chaînes belges ou anglaises. Encore un effort de rénovation à faire et ce sera parfait ! |

Uiterst geschikte ligging van het hotel in het centrum van Blankenberge.De kamers liggen aan de achterzijde waardoor je een perfecte nachtrust hebt.Het is een drie sterren hotel,je betaald een eerlijke prijs voor een overnachting!Het ontbijt is van een klasse dat je soms zelf niet in een vier sterren hotel terug vind!Uiterst vriendelijke bediening,ook s'avonds in de hotelbar een perfecte bediening gehad.Ook tof dat je hier nog een sigaretje mag roken in de rokers afdeling!!! |

Der Service an der Rezeption und am Frühstücksbuffet war ausgesprochen freundlich und aufmerksam. Auch mit dem Zimmerservice war ich sehr zufrieden. Es ist angenehm, einen Parkplatz direkt beim Hotel zu haben. Den Preis von 12 Euro pro Tag finde ich jedoch zu hoch. |

Ontvangst goed en gemakkelijke parkeergelegenheid. Ontbijt zeer uitgebreid en vriendelijk personeel. Iedereen is zeer behulpzaam Keu's van biljarten laten te wensen over (geen vilt) en de rubberen toppen van de topbiljart zijn versleten. Slechte afloop van douce (kamer 221). |

Nous avons apprécié la qualité d'accueil, l'efficacité, la gentillesse et la discrétion de l'ensemble du personnel. Le calme et l'ambiance feutrée à l'intérieur, la tranquillité du site à l'extérieur, nous ont assuré un séjour très reposant et serein. N'oublions pas le petit déjeuner copieux et de qualité, avec piano-bar et champagne le dimanche. Le calcul du prix du parking (3 nuits = 4 jours facturés) me parait un peu abusif. |

Das nette Personal.Badezimmer war ok Zimmer entsprechen nicht 3 Sternen...alte Möblel wechseln. Dadurch Enttäuschung auf den ersten Blick. Sehr schlechte Kissen. Rauchen sollte man nicht in der Lounge. Eingang attraktiver gestalten. Frühstück OK...das Buffet sollte aber schneller nachgefüllt werden. |
