Good clean (if small) rooms. Great breakfast, lots of choice and good fresh food. We paid for 3 days parking even though we were only parked for less than 48 hours - this wasn't really explained to us properly. The non-smoking room smelt of smoke, I suspect it was coming in from a vent from a smoking room. |

good proximaty to the sea; great breakfast buffet; nice staff The no smoking rooms smelled like someone had recently been smoking in them. As a person allergic to smoke, this made it hard to sleep and my stay less comfortable. |

Hotel room was somewhat small, but clean and bed comfortable. Breakfast buffet was nicely laid out and coffee was very good; waitress and coffee server were just fine. Maitre and his assistant female manager in breakfast dining room were sloppily dressed, most arrogant, and poorly trained professionally. Poor understanding of English. Had a difficult time trying to order coffee with hot milk, assistant manager was very unfriendly and inflexible. Maitre refused to understand our problem with ordering. Left with unpleasant feeling due to hostile atmosphere. |

The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was great! I really felt at home. I think the hotel could invest in some new towels for the bathroom. Even though my towels were clean, they looked as if they have been used for the last 10 years. |

Het ontbijtbuffet was prima verzorgd. Personeel is erg behulpzaam en attent. De ligging van het hotel is erg goed en makkelijk bereikbaar. 48 uur parkeren op eigen parkeerplaats vragen ze prijs voor 3 dagen. Dat vind ik persoonlijk niet echt netjes. En uitchecken voor 10 uur vind ik persoonlijk ook erg vroeg. Voor de rest alles prima! |

Ik heb een geweldig tof verlof gehad in dit hotel heel vriendelijk personeel en heel verzorgd de kamers waren heel proper echt tip top in orde dit hotel is zeker een aanrader dicht aan het strand en en recht in de winkelstraat waar er zeker geen lawaai van was al verschillende hotels gedaan maar deze staat in onze top 1 bedankt aan de mensen van het hotel alfa inn wij komen zeker terug groetjes van de fam claessens uit malle |

Het personeel is echt supervriendelijk en ze staan altijd meteen voor je klaar. Ze geven je bij aankomst goede raad en adviezen als je zegt wat je plannen zijn en als je wat vraagt of hulp nodig hebt bij iets helpen ze je van harte. Ik vond de kamer wel wat krap wanneer er een extra bed bijkomt, maar ze was wel heel proper en fris. Het ontbijt was verzorgd, maar je moet wel op tijd zijn om een goed plekje te hebben. Het is super dat als je naar buiten stapt, je meteen in de winkelstraat terecht komt. Al bij al vinden wij het toch echt wel een aanrader!! |
