Convenient overnight stop for driving from Channel Ports to Germany, easy access from Brussels ring road, good parking, staff helpful and efficient. Room very comfortable and nice breakfast. |

The hotel is conveniently placed for my business. The rooms are clean and the general hotel location is in a quiet residential area. The hotel had some sort of delivery at 1.30 - 2.00 am in the morning which was extremely loud and disturbing. The bar area is not a very comfortable area. A bar menu would be a good alternative to the very good but expensive restaurant. |

Reasonable hotel; however a 6 hour stay is hardly enough to provide a comprehensive review. It was quite far from the airport. With the cost of the taxi, it would have been worth staying in one of the hotels nearer to the airport. |

Very comfortable and stylish hotel with all the modcons. Quiet area, easy connection to city, 17 min to centre. Friendly staff, great breakfast. |

In general, any aspect was positive; also the parking is very easy and the staff very kind when we arived, the room was still busy so we had to change with another on the gorundfloor |

The hotel was clean, user-friendly, breakfast was excellent. Based on one dinner there (plus the excellent breakfast), the restaurant is good but pretty expensive. My room on the front, street side, of the hotel was pretty noisy in the early AM when traffic began (ask for a quiet room if you are a light sleeper). I also wish that I could have opened the window as it was stuffy and a bit too warm in my room. |

The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood and the adjacent restaurant is very good, although a bit expensive. The room was tidy and clean. The beds were small and not the best quality, although this seems typical in Europe. |

clean and mostly friendly staff. good parking and nice breakfast in the morning. shower did not work. i informed desk attendant in the morning and she told me i just didn't know how to use it. i stay in a different hotel every week all around the world i have seen every kind of shower...it didn't work which she was quite indifferent about. |

The breakfast was really good. Clean room. Far away from the center of the city (the last tram number 4 stop (esplanade)), no directions how to get there. Poor English speaking staff. But it was ok :) |
