Every thing except we where not told about the bar and restaurant being closed on Sunday.
My only complaint is there was no bar and Restaurant open on Sunday which i have never heard of before where you cannot eat in your Hotel.Which is very poor when you have been out all day.
Hotel mentions free parking on site. Well, if you're lucky to find in the street, especially if you arrive late. Wi-Fi extremely slow. For 115€ for a couple of hours of sleep, one expects at least a good expresso in the morning. A machine doesn't cost that much these days. Way too expensive for such location and facilities. A star too much for this one.
The hotel was not very busy when my colleagues arrived. Still it was to much trouble to serve them a beer while waiting. There was a certain not very pleasant smell in the hotel.
Close to King Baodouin Stadium and Atomium
Bar closed early
Excellent breakfast at the hotel.
The location was a little isolated. Maybe 20 minutes brisk walk to the Atomium and King Baudouin Stadium.
Toilets very dirty, Walls very thin you could hear everything
easy to reach. good for parking. comfortable and quiet.
the room were big enough and clean
the air conditioning system is not up to the job!!!
Good value for money. Good sized rooms and very good WiFi. Good breakfast as well.
The possibility to have coffee/tea in the room as it was strongly raining. Breakfast was good.
Breakfast and service in the restaurant
Ac in the room was not working Breakfast time Housekeeping entered room when the room was dnd No transfers No meal options
Air conditioning did not work effectively
Location to motorway as it was a one night stop over on way to vienna
Restaurant service was slow, bar service the same. Car could not be parked in underground car park as gradient too steep for low ground clearance on porsche. Receptionist recommended emptying car if left on street.
Staff friendly Good breakfast & wifi
Rooms were very hot (the heater was off) Noisy due to air trafic 2 light bulb nor working
- fast WiFi
- smell of cigarettes inside the room - poor breakfast, nothing spectacular not special - bathroom towel heater was ON all the time, and couldn't be turned off - creating sauna effect inside the bathroom and room !!. After my chat with the staff they said they would get it fixed but no one turned out FAIL !. - no air-conditioner in the room, I do not recommend staying there in the hot summer days. -fridge didn't have enough power to cool one bottle of water - FAIL ! - dirty cups - located outside city
Lack of information, Bank Holiday the bar and restaurant were shut. Overall customer service is appalling and as a business we will no longer be using this hotel. It should not be called a hotel but more a room to sleep in. Oh and the lift was broken with no explanation.
Within walkin distance of Procter and Gamble Brussels and Esplanade tram terminus (2.10 Euro to central Brussels instead of expensive taxi). Good UK TV channels. Rooms have been upgraded. Great value. Breakfast is good.
The bar never seems to be open. There is not much happening in the local area - sleepy residential zone.
