Nice and central. Do not accept room 707. It is noisy as it is right next to the lift shaft. We were awake most of the night due to the noise. Otherwise an ok hotel.

Good location, just 10 min walk from central station and 10 min from old city, Big room with king size bed, very comfortable. No noise,street is pretty quite. Breakfast also ok, good choice of meal. Restaurant was closed two days due to private party. It is not a problem in Antwerpen to find a restaurant,but I wish to be informed on time.

Very friendly staff, very helpful. Excellent breakfast with a hostess that just makes you happy in the morning. Perfect location at a stone throw from the city centre. Also information at the reception desk was clear and complete. We knew exactly where to go. We booked a non smoking room, but when we checked in, the room smelled like smoke and there was a curtain in the room. All it took was a phone call to the reception desk and we were moved into a street view instead of a parking view in a heartbeat. Later on teh reception inquired if the room was to our liking. Very good. Made us feel right at home.

It is a very convenient hotel, modern designed rooms, located in the city centre of Antwerpen. Also the parking is close to the hotel. I missed free WiFi. The price was rather high for using internet.

Nice hotel and friendly staff. The room was big and clean, comfortable bed. Flat screen tv. Bathroom was clean and tidy, not as new as the room but in good condition. The breakfast was excellent. Location is good, next to rubens house as well as number of great restaurants. Next to the main shopping street for these who like to shop. From the hotel its only 10min to central station and about the same to the old city square. If happen to be in antwerp again will definetly consider this hotel. ps. loved the shoe polish machine in the foyer :)

Price-Quality relation, excellent breakfast, nice staff, prime location, fine selection of whiskies. It's not the hotel's fault that on Sundays the nearby parking garage (with connection to the hotel) closes until 3 pm - whereas check out time is fixed at 11 a%.

Reasonably priced for a city centre hotel with easy access to all the main tourist sites. The service was good and the staff helpful without being in your face. The breakfast which was included in the room price was very good with both full english and continental available and as much as you could possibly want.

I have no idea why half the bed rooms are nicely decorated and the other half are from the 70s. When asked we were told the newly decorated rooms were superior. Don't get me wrong other room was ok but felt like we lucked out compared to other guests. Superior should not mean the room is newly decorated!! Size and facilities should dictate superiority. Staff were super friendly but was disappointed we had to wait 15/20 minutes for a table to get breakfast on the Sunday but at least they laid on coffee and croissants in the lobby whilst we waited. They also allowed us to check out later because of the delay.
