Excellent location and delicious breakfast. Could use a bit of refreshing. Even non-smoking rooms had a strong tobacco odour. |

Good balance between price and quality. The hotel is in the very center of the city. The hotel starts to get old-fashioned, especially the bathrooms should be renovated e.g. the shower is a bath with a curtain (not a fence). This doesn't really fit for a 4 star-hotel. The staff (bar and reception) is not really accurate / hands on. |

availability to all interesting parts of Antwerp Shower soap dispencer allowed to run out, chain bolt on door had broken. No warning verbally on checking in that garage would be closed on departure date, although displayed on signs seen at a later date. No instructions in room as to how you use dial on the telephone, I did not know how to call reception only how to get room service this was mentioned on paying bill |

hotel is not having permanent staff for room service (it was poor )any how people at reception were nice and breakfast was comfortable. room service, no pick up and drop service |

The position of the hotel was very good, next to the city center and to the most commercial streets. The bathroom was completely new, very nice. The hotel is a 4 star but the room and the hotel are very old. The walls were quite dirty. I did not like this, this is not 4 stars. |

Location, location, location Upgrade to executive room but unfortunately this room came with a few defects: broken sink "shutter", no ventilation in bathroom, door to bathroom didn't close |

Staff were friendly and helpful, clean rooms, very good location, good selection of food for breakfast. Air Conditioning was not very good at all. Rooms were quite warm and without opening a very large window it was difficult to cool the room. |

High price for such class hotel, additional payment for breakfast and public parking which make room price much higher almost like in 5 stars hotel. Selection of drinks in bar was pure. Internet expensive |

The hotel is situated in the very centre and is very suitable for exploring the town by foot The heavy striped blue and beige wallpaper in the room and the small separate toilet without washing facilities |

We werden heel vriendelijk onthaald. Gezien wij kwamen voor een voorstelling in het theater, kon de locatie niet beter. Het hotel ligt op 100 meter. |

De ligging en de grootte van de kamer Het was mijn onduidelijk dat er sprake was van de alleen logies en ik vond de achteraf in rekening gebrachte 20 Euro per persoon voor een matig ontbijtbuffet niet in verhouding staan. De douchecabine in de badkamer was defect, kennelijk hierdoor was de vloerbedekking gedeeltelijk nat en hing er een muffe lucht in de kamer. |
