Theater Hotel  

Nice and central.

Do not accept room 707. It is noisy as it is right next to the lift shaft. We were awake most of the night due to the noise. Otherwise an ok hotel.

Nice hotel and friendly staff. The room was big and clean, comfortable bed. Flat screen tv. Bathroom was clean and tidy, not as new as the room but in good condition. The breakfast was excellent. Location is good, next to rubens house as well as number of great restaurants. Next to the main shopping street for these who like to shop. From the hotel its only 10min to central station and about the same to the old city square. If happen to be in antwerp again will definetly consider this hotel. ps. loved the shoe polish machine in the foyer :)

I liked the location right next to the Antwerp City Theater. For shopping, dining and outright experiencing Antwerp this is a good place to stay. The staff is very friendly and professional and make sure that everything runs as smoothly as possible

Although the hotel had a couple of renovated rooms we got a room which had sigaret burn holes in the very worn carpet even though it was labeled a non-smokers room. Furthermore the chairs in the room had large brown stains and thus didnt look fit for use. Also the handles of the closet came off or were loose and all woodwork including bedlights were damaged and/or worn down. Which was a shame because the rest of the experience was positive.

I liked the location and the breakfast was very good.

I believe the mattresses are in need of replacing, my bed was on an angle and the mattress supper soft, could squeeze it together with one hand.It may sound petty but for me your staying their to relax and have a good nights sleep, if you dont mind a soft mattress it should be fine.

The cleaners, left the dirty stuff in our room. The airco was not working. Further is was ok.

It is a nice hotel, clean rooms.

No parking and hard to find a parking space. No free internet.

Very kind staff, very organized, quiet rooms, comfortable and easily accessible, perfect for short stays!

One small thing is that the carpet in the room was slightly dirty, for one night it was fine but I would ask to change the room if I had to stay longer, stains on the floor are always unpleasant to find. For the rest, it was very well equipped and comfortable.

Price-Quality relation, excellent breakfast, nice staff, prime location, fine selection of whiskies.

It's not the hotel's fault that on Sundays the nearby parking garage (with connection to the hotel) closes until 3 pm - whereas check out time is fixed at 11 a%.

Nice place, clean and comfortable room, tasty morning - all signs for place to stop.

There was noise outside on the street, but we slept very well. Probably it can be issue for some people.

I could hear everything from the room next door.

I have no idea why half the bed rooms are nicely decorated and the other half are from the 70s. When asked we were told the newly decorated rooms were superior. Don't get me wrong other room was ok but felt like we lucked out compared to other guests. Superior should not mean the room is newly decorated!! Size and facilities should dictate superiority. Staff were super friendly but was disappointed we had to wait 15/20 minutes for a table to get breakfast on the Sunday but at least they laid on coffee and croissants in the lobby whilst we waited. They also allowed us to check out later because of the delay.
