It was quiet, just as I wanted. The location is great. Friendly staff, good breakfast. The room was ok, but not cosy at all. |

I was very pleased that I selected the Alma Grand for a three night business trip to Brussels. It could not be in a better location for a traveling business person or tourists. It is only one block from the historic Grote Market area and only two blocks from Central Station. I commuted in and out each day to Gent and Leuven and it was extremely convenient. Restaurants, bars, shops all just steps away. The hotel was quiet, even with my 2nd floor street side room (double pain windows)..excellent modern, simple decour, great shower and spotlessly clean..and best of all a very good bargain at about 85 Euros per night without breakfast. I highly recommend. No free wireless, and rather expensive daily service, although very good bandwidth. It would be a tremendous advantage to have a free or nominal wireless service |

The central location, the friendly service and the design of our bathroom. The airconditioner was incredibly noisy and could not be switched off from the remore. This meant that the night was not very restful for those o us who forgot their earplugs. |

It has an excellent location. At the heart of downtown. Very cheap according to it's location. I have stayed at -1 floor. it was a little bit stuffy. Altough the room has a window looking approx. 10m2 place. It was enough clean. My friend stayed at first floor. Next time I prefer to stay at upper floors. |

The breakfast was good for the price paid. The receptionist was pretty helpful. The room you get is quite small and the view isn't good. You have an A/C remote in the room but nothing to switch on. The land line internet did not work so dont pay for it |

27 September morning, at arrival, the hotel staff was a girl who spoke perfectly Dutch. 28 September morning, at depart, the hotel staff was a man who didn't spoke Dutch at all, but continued talking French to another costumer while I was paying the bill. |

Good staff and a great location right next to the happening parts of Brussels, while simultaneously offering a compact and quiet room away from the noise. It was expensive in itself and in terms of the breakfast (which we did not take but went outside to a nearby cafe. |

Very central in Brussels, right next to the Grand Place. One of the staff members who had the evening shift was an absolute horrid man. He ruined our whole stay with his rudeness and lack of hospitality. His manner was snobbish and shady. Definitely left a bad impression for us. |

The hotel was clean , spacious , there was a lift in the building . The rooms were comfortable and quiet Pillows on the bed were too thin and offered no support unless you folded them in half . The hot food served for the breakfast buffet was luke warm. Although there was a variety of bread , there was no way of making toast. Scrambled egg and Bacon could be added as well. |

location is central, right behind the grand place, however that also means it's very noisy, with alot of drunks on the street at nite. room size is ok by european standard. the staff working at the reception probably thought he is working at the four seasons, snob like hell, not helpful at all. plus the door sensor at the entrance doesn't work very well. that reception guy actually asked me to walk gently and be relax towards the door if i wanted it opened. can you believed it. |

Location was excellent, very very close to the Grand Place, restaurants and a small general store. Decor was nice; Television worked; Price was very affordable at 60 euros a night. Air conditioning in the room didn't work (it was 27 degrees C); The pillows were tiny and lumpy - horribly uncomfortable; There is no printer available to print documents on; Internet access was expensive at 10 euros/day; Breakfast buffet was poor quality for the price; No minibar in room; Late check-out is strictly unavailable. |

Location, its right in the middle of the city. If you don't want to use public transport, go here. No mini bar, hotel staff should be more friendly towards its guests. |
