it's location (right in the centre, not even 5 minutes from central station and 2 minutes from Grand Place), the big room and big bed, the staff were really friendly and helpful. Definitely going to stay here next time. |

Good location near the Grand Place. A good sized room and bathroom. The man at the desk was unable to give any meaningful directions to the hotel when we called 1/2 hour before arrival. It was hard to find. |

Our experience was excellent from every aspect: location, cleanliness of the rooms, staff, service. It's in a great position in the centre - not too far from anything but not at all noisy. This hotel is a real find! |
