駅からも近く、グランプラスも近く、立地は抜群。新しくてキレイで、部屋も広くて良かった。水周りも全く問題なかった。 特に不満はないが、強いてあげるなら冷蔵庫がなかった。通りに面した客室の2階でだったが、早朝にゴミ収集トラックが毎朝来ていたので、音が気になる人もいるかも。私は全く気にならなかった。 |

グランパレスに近く、良い場所にありました。清潔感もあり、非常に良かったです。 ホテルになかなかたどり着けませんでした。地図は合ってますか？朝食のバラエティーが豊富なら全く問題ありません。 |

バスタブがない部屋でしたが、シャワーの排水溝をずっと掃除していないらしく、髪の毛、埃があふれていて、バスルームがすぐに水浸しになってしまった。新設のホテルらしく全体的に新しくきれいな印象だったが、肝心な掃除は全く行き届いていない印象でした。 |

The location is excellent; the room was fine. They had no information or brochures for tourists, though they did have a map of the area. |

Reception staff is very kind Rather complicated system to switch on the heating and relatively loud air condition for heating the room which is disturbing during the night |

Location Although a non-smoking room/hotel, there were ashtrays and there was a lingering smell of cigarette smoke so the ashtrays may have encouraged smokers to smoke inside. |
