The staff were excellent and provided the ablilty for a late check in. The location was wonderful and surrounding were incredible. Laundry facilities, no ability to get extra tokens to complete wash. It would be helpful to have instructions in English also as they were in French and German. |

Quiet location in the middle of mother nature, but close to all amenities, especially the city of Aachen. Outdoor-pool. French/German/Flemish/English tv. Flexible staff with arrivals past reception opening hours. New kitchen units; balcony. Non-smoker appartments not available (smell!). Scruffy bathroom, some inventory needs updating (broken bed-side table). But since it was pretty cheap to stay there, one should not complain too much. |

The contact person was very nice and forthcoming. The blankets did have a bad smell. The toilet was clean, but did not smell very well, either. |

The place was comfortable and the hotel staffs were helpful, we went there with our 85 yrs old mother in law, hotel staffs helped to arrange for a ground floor apartment, which truly helped and much appreciated. No, this is a perfect place to stay in view that the location is within reach to Aachen Christmas market and Monschau Chrismast market. |

The freedom of coming and going as you like and the location of the appartments - close enough to towns but overlooking the countryside. The place could of done with a little bit more of a clean around the cooker and floors. |

de ligging en mogelijkheid tot inchecken als receptie reeds gesloten was,ook de kitchenette is een pluspunt! de kamer rook(stonk!)VERSCHRIKKELIJK naar 'hond',een geur die we niet zomaar konden neutraliseren.Gingen reeds voor de 4de maal mr hebben ditmaal geen oog moeten dichtdoen door aanwezigheid van zeer luidruchtige Polen die dag EN nacht de boel op stelten zetten,letterlijk EN figuurlijk!Heel jammer want zijn nog nie bekomen van de schrik... |

Ligging en voordelige prijs Geen verlichting in hall en slaapkamer, bed in slaapkamer staat tegen muur, zodoende moet je over het bed kruipen om in te stappen!!!! De verwarming was niet regelbaar, daar de kraan vastzit, gelukkig stond ze op warm. |

localizacion, trato, distribucion interior, orientacion,servicios, Todo el apartamento demuestra un deterioro considerable que se aprecia desde la misma puerta de entrada fruto de muchos años de servicio y un deficiente y mal mantenimiento.Las literas se desmontaban, cortina dormitorio rota y descolgada.confirmada mi reserva,me encuentro sin ropa de cama en las literas, y unas mantas-edredon con una suciedad más que evidente con olor desagradable. |
