Very good location, close to seaside, citycentre and public transport. The carpet flooring in the room was rather old and did not look so clean. |

We did not like anything about the hotel. The room was dark, dank and so small that one could not walk around the bed to the bathroom. |

A nice small hotel and it is located in the center of the city which makes it easy to get everywhere. One night, I needed to ask something (urgent) at the reception. There was nobody there, they'd left a phone number in case you needed them, but when I phoned, nobody answered. I think there should always be someone attendent at the reception. |

Friendly receptionist who was able to provide maps & offer advice on the town. Was relaxed about checking out times. Bath needs a screen to aid shower use & reduce water leakage |

Personeel was vriendelijk , vrij rustig hotel , op 50 meter van de kust wij zijn op zoek gegaan naar een andere lokatie om te ontbijten wegens rokers. Het hotel is aan renovatie toe. |

N'avons rien aimé à cet hôtel vieillot et froid avec puplicité "mensongère"car annonce un hôtel complètement rénové ???nous cherchons encore!!!!!!!!! avons dû nous y reprendre à trois fois pour obtenir quelqu'un à la réception.Le courant d'air passait par les fenêtre,pas d'eau chaude pour la douche,seul les tentures et recouvrement de lit avaient l'air rénové et en plus il faut payé avant d'avoir acxès aux chambres ?????????? |

La facade car c'est la seul chose que j'ai vue de Alpha Hotel.Quand je suis arrivé sur place la réception m'a envoyer dans une autre hotel (Marion)en face qui d'apres lui travail avec Alpha et cela n'avais rien avoir avec les photos que j'ai vue sur le site Oui.tres tres mauvaise organisation.tres vieille hotel.mauvaise odeur,....Quand je suis arrivé sur place la réception m'a envoyer dans une autre hotel (Marion)en face qui d'apres lui travail avec Alpha et cela n'avais rien avoir avec les photos que j'ai vue sur le site |

L'alpha hotel 3 étoiles) nous a renvoyé vers le marrion hotel (2 étoiles) qui était juste en face. En bref, on a séjourné dans un hotel miteux à 2 étoiles au lieu d'un 3 étoiles et cela au prix d'un 3 étoiles et, à notre départ, nous avons discuter pendant 5 minutes pour les persuader que nous avions payer (car à notre arrivée nous avions donner la feuille de réservation que le personnel ne... |

Pas grand chose... Manque de fraîcheur et de propreté flagrants : couvre-lit taché, rideaux sales, voiles gris et tachés. De plus, personne pour nous accueillir, nous renseigner, ni recueillir nos récriminations (seulement par tél). Pr terminer, cet hôtel est exigu, la vue de notre chambre était lugubre (vue sur l'escalier de secours en métal), l'éclairage mauvais... Dernier pt : la promo était une arnaque ! |
