Price. Room is small but beds comfortable. Good bathroom. Quiet (valley side). Free internet in rooms. The room furniture looks a bit old fashioned. Sauna is basic. The window cannot be let opened in a fixed position. |

The friendly and helpful staff, the location and information on the area. a good selection of food at breakfast. As the weather was so hot it would have been nice to have a fan or air conditioning in the room. |

Large grassed area at the back of the hotel. The children's playground. The cafe next door was also good to go to for meals. Bathrooms need updating. |

- the hotel staff was quite friendly (specially the staff in resturant during breakfast); - I request non smoking room, but couldn't get one when I checked-in, - the hotel location is ok nothing great. |

Breakfast was ok Obviously had room that was not refurbished, interior very poor for 4 star, shower nearly off the wall bed was uncomfortable, felt I was at an angle, radiator hanging off wall, smelt of smoke even though was a non smoking room. |

La discrétion du personnel et l'accueil. Le petit déjeuner buffet était très complet, il y en avait pour tous les goûts.L'espace dans la chambre est très appréciable, la literie est de bonne qualité.La décoration de la chambre était chaleureuse et de bon goût. Les sanitaires :l'évier et le carrelage au niveau de la baignoire est vieux et fendillé par endroit. Le rideau de la douche était aussi usé et laid.Mais cela est un détail. |

Het ontbijt was goed en het personeel was zeer vriendelijk. Hoewel het aan een drukke baan ligt, heb je daar niet zoveel last van en heb je een mooi uitzicht op de omliggende natuur. De ligging was tevens zeer goed om van daaruit naar verschillende stadjes en toeristische trekpleisters te gaan. Het buffet op zaterdagavond (en zondagmiddag) zag er mooi uit maar was niet zo lekker. Wij vonden dit zijn geld niet waard. Bovendien hebben we ook zeer slecht geslapen in de bedden. Tenslotte stond de sauna in een gang waar je je onmogelijk kon omkleden. |

L'amabilité de l'ensemble du personnel, y compris le personnel de chambre, sa serviabilité et sa volonté de répondre aux désideratas des clients. Il manquait une latte au lit d'appoint pour enfant. L'anomalie a été signalée aussitôt que communiquée à la réception. |
