The room rates were displayed outside so everybody gets a fair deal. The room was of a good standard. The breakfast was excellent The shower head did not have a proper fastener so I could not stand under it. |

We gingen om 6:30 uur weg, en men had netjes (op verzoek) een lunch tasje voor ons gemaakt! We vroegen om een rustige kamer, en we kwamen boven een koelinstallatie/airco oid te slapen die helaas veel lawaai produceerde. |

L'emplacement de l'hôtel qui est situé en plein centre-ville. L'accueil: aucun personnel à la réception durant tout le séjour. Il fallait attendre au moins 10 minutes pour avoir quelqu'un. La propreté laisse à désirer: les draps et la couverture sont sales, les serviettes de bain déchirées et la moquette non aspirée. De plus, il n'y a même pas de porte dans la salle de bain ni de téléphone dans la chambre. Le prix de la chambre est excessif pour ce que c'est |

De centrale ligging van het hotel op het Wapenplein in Oostende, en op loopafstand van de kust. Hotelpersoneel was niet erg gemotiveerd, hoge werkdruk, lange werkdagen, te weinig personeel naar mijn mening |

Die Zentrale Lage ,die Strandnähe Die Möbel war kaputt,der Teppich lange nicht abgesaugt,die Balkonfenster vollig verdreckt,die Duschkabine schmutzig,der Duschkopf war kaputt(unbenutzbar) der Wasserhahn verstopft (spritzte überall) ,der Spiegel schmutzig.Das Frühstückangebot nicht abwechslungsreich.Sehr enttäuschend besonders von Sauberkeit. |
