Excellent dinner. The waiter was wonderful about my wife's allergies. The map on the internet site is misleading. The square in the middle looks like it refers to the hotel, not the center of town. The hotel is not located in a good place for walking to the center of town.

Very .welcoming Large clean room. Excellent restaurant food. Close to e44 road; we were in transit between Poland and St Malo France. The hotel was an oasis of tranquility.

We waren hier ter voorbereiding van de Oxfam Trailwalker 2011. Omdat we vroeg wilden vertrekken 's morgens heeft men reeds de avond voordien het ontbijt + de picknick klaargezet in de kamer. Dat konden we absoluut appreciëren. Bedankt. De kamers waren zeer conformtabel en netjes. Uitstekende bedden. Een aanrader!

Hotel ligt dicht bij de natuur. Prjis ligt aan de hoge kant gezien de beperkte faciliteiten. Er is een zekere lawaaihinder van het verkeer. De kamer had een lichte rookgeur en er waren nog asbakken aanwezig.

Hôtel situé au confluent de la Helle et de la Vesdre, sur les sentiers de grande randonnée gr 573 et gr 15, il convenait parfaitement à mon parcours itinérant. Confort, propreté, amabilité et serviabilité du personnel ne sont pas des vains mots ici. Cadeau de Noël dans la chambre, un beau panier de friandises. Repas excellent au restaurant "Le Grourmet", le bien nommé. Je recommande. Voilà un quatre étoile pas cher et qui mérite ses étoiles.

Wir wurden sehr gut betreut und das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort übernachten, wenn wir in Eupen sind. Wir hätten uns nur gewünscht, dass es nach 21.30 Uhr noch eine Möglichkeit gegeben hätte, eine kleine Mahlzeit zu bekommen.

Mooie en ruime kamer en badkamer, waar we geen last hadden van nachtlawaai. Mooi, gezellig restaurant. Lekkere en verzorgde lunch. Zeer vriendelijke en attente bediening.

Het is gewoon (al vele jaren lang) een klasse hotel. DIt geldt ook voor het restaurant. Het is er zeker niet goedkoop, maar de prijzen zijn "passend".

Te luidruchtig feest tot in de vroege uurtjes, geen rekening met de hotelgasten. Als antwoord kregen we te horen, dat we bij de reservatie best even informeren of er al dan niet een feest wordt georganiseerd. Op de website staat vermeld dat de brasserie om 17u opent. Dit is echter pas om 18u.
