Was serves excellent and location really great The price was not fair. My room where was constrcuted side and lots of noise every morning day only on sunday was ok and every things there by moneny such as business center 5eu every 15 mints. If I go again there I will not book this hotel again

Staff was very friendly, helpfull and professional. We had an excellent dinner in the hotel's Italien restaurant. Moreover, the top location in the heart of Brussels makes Hotel Amigo a recommended place for city visitors. We are one of them !

Location, location, location and location! Spacious room, great concierge and everything is within walking distance.... This is not a hotel comment, but keep in mind that central Brussels is not baby trolly friendly.

the room was great, very well decorated and comfortable. the art was well placed and added a nice touch the restaurant attached to the hotel was very poor, lovely place but no atmosphere and food was sub-par. mini-bar prices were astronomical but to be expected in 5*

Excellent location in the hart of Brussels, very good breakfast and luxury room. We received room 320 just next to the reserve room (bottles, sheets,...) and was noisy early in the morning

Breakfast was superb but go early because the room gets full and noisy! Rooms are very nice. Internet connection is expensive and ropey. There is very little lobby seating.

We liked everything and everybody, staff is superb, friendly, efficient Room at the front, beautiful as it was, was so noisy that we didn,t sleep at all: the isolation of the window was such that we heard the crowd yelling all night long. There was also a wind blowing through that window, but the noise was of course by far the worst, taken into account that it may have been an unusually noisy night as the staff later told us. Even so, this should not be possible. Next time we will explicitly ask for a room at the back.

Room was excellent Unfortunately a few niggles Receptionist when we arrived was cool rather than welcoming Service in the bar was poor and a Manager noticed and then staff were extremely helpful Breakfast had all the sugar wet and marmalade had been already used We were just irritated with these few comments

Excellent service, pleasant welcome, good location. Reception desk was kind enough to offer upgrade and very pleasant quiet room(when I booked my room, I mentioned that my husband and I were celebrating a special anniversary, independently from the fact that I had to visit an trade fair during that time). No complaint whatsoever. Maybe a good idea to have small kettle (tea/coffe) if you need to work in your room? It would also be a plus to have wi-fi internet access foc in room rather in addition to lobby, to make it easier to work as lobby can be noisy.
