Location was excellent, reception and concierge staff very friendly A) Ordered Room Service for two on New Years Eve and it was cold by the time it arrived (137 euro). They also brought the incorrect bottle of wine. B) New Years day breakfast was a shambles. Way under-staffed, at least a dozen people waiting in queue to be seated but no-one attended to us. Management are to blame for poor staffing and carelessness at this particularly busy time of the year. C) The drinks, room service menu and breakfast were far too expensive. I do not consider this hotel a 5-star as they were careless and have stayed in many more appropriately rated 5-star hotels. |

The hotel was very good and staff very helpful. the experiance was spoiled by the very bad sevice and the poor quality of the food at the Bocconi. resturant. IThe resturant detracts from the otherwise excellent service at the hotel. |

Goede service en bereidheid daartoe van het personeel. Prima gelegen voor een bezoek aan Brussel. Hotel minder gemakkelijk te bereiken per auto. Alleen valetservice voor de garage. |

L'emplacement et l'ambiance de l'hotel constituent un attait majeur dans le cadre d'un séjour à Bruxelles... Un véritable cocon de calme et de sérénité à côte de l'agitation de la grand place !!! La taille de la chambre ramenée au prix laisse songeur...Pas de séparation entre la salle de bain et les toilettes... C'est dommage ! |

La situation centrale (à quelques pas de la Grand-Place), le décor personnalisé de la chambre, les sanitaires impeccables, le calme; le riche buffet du petit déjeuner. Là encore, la réception n'avait pas reçu la réservation de booking.com. Cela nous a fait perdre un peu de temps et il a fallu que je sorte et enclenche mon ordinateur portable, car je n'avais pas pu imprimer la réservation. |
