The hotel was very good and staff very helpful. the experiance was spoiled by the very bad sevice and the poor quality of the food at the Bocconi. resturant. IThe resturant detracts from the otherwise excellent service at the hotel. |

All hotels should be like this. They have the most luxurious bed linen on this plant. Little touches like housekeeping coming in to draw the curtains at dusk make the whole experience memorable. It's just a shame that the views from the rooms at the back of the hotel is so "industrial" Not at all what you would expect from looking at the fronts of the surrounding buildings. |

La situation centrale (à quelques pas de la Grand-Place), le décor personnalisé de la chambre, les sanitaires impeccables, le calme; le riche buffet du petit déjeuner. Là encore, la réception n'avait pas reçu la réservation de booking.com. Cela nous a fait perdre un peu de temps et il a fallu que je sorte et enclenche mon ordinateur portable, car je n'avais pas pu imprimer la réservation. |

centrale ligging in de stad Bereikbaarheid hotel vergt goede voorbereiding, een zeer concreet stratenplan is wel nodig om het lastig is te bereiken voor een 1e keer. Veel eenrichtingsverkeer compliceert setting. |

Very friendly personnel, very well prepared and always in a "good tonus". You can feel that hotel management is not sleeping there. Great location, maybe the best one. Perfect Amigo bar. Bocconi restaurant prices are giving not the best value but at least a very good quality To rearrange a wine list at Bocconi.. maybe whith a little price level decreasing |

Reservation d'une place de parking avec en prime au retour de la voiture un dommage à celle ci ressemblant à un point de contact avec une surface chaude... Inacceptable pour un hotel de luxe où il ne faut opas verifier sa voiture apres reception |
