The hotel was very good and staff very helpful. the experiance was spoiled by the very bad sevice and the poor quality of the food at the Bocconi. resturant. IThe resturant detracts from the otherwise excellent service at the hotel. |

All hotels should be like this. They have the most luxurious bed linen on this plant. Little touches like housekeeping coming in to draw the curtains at dusk make the whole experience memorable. It's just a shame that the views from the rooms at the back of the hotel is so "industrial" Not at all what you would expect from looking at the fronts of the surrounding buildings. |

Excellent service. Lived up to the high ratings. The Italian restaurant was a bit expensive but the quality of the food and service was worth it. Staff was very helpful in providing local information. |
