Bathroom was just too small and not pleasure to use. Shower water runs onto floor no matter what you do
Central location, not very expensive, friendly reception at the apartment.
Only one pair of keys, poor wifi signal, duvet had no cover (seriously), paper thin cushions, paper tin walls, tired furniture, clogged shower drain, not answering emails - you have to call them.
Location was excellent. It was in the heart of Brussels.
It was not clean. The bathroom was so tiny that you could not even enter and close the door. The sofa even big enough, was not in good condition and for sure not comfordable for sleep. Not recommended for families with young children.
Location was excellent.
WiFi wasn't fast that much.
i like the location very much. it exactly in the center of the brussel grand place, and quite easy to go everywhere. But not quite sure how you would get there if you have a car.
kitchen facilities are basic but enough for us. We have to clean up our kitchen utensils before check-out, but i can not find any dish-soap provided.Dish washer is available but then again, it is useless without the dish-tablet. As a visitor for couple of days, think a bit too much if we have to buy the dish-soap/dish-tablet ourselves.
The view outside the window was awesome. The apartment is placed right in the center and is surounded by the main touristic places and shops.
It was dusty when we checked in. The internet speed is really slow in the living room and almost absent in the bedroom.
Someone was there as soon as I called to give me the key and was very friendly. I liked being in the middle of the restaurant area and close to the Grand' Place. I could see the main building all lit up from my window. It was nice and quiet (I was on the 5th floor). The handing over of the keys, the explanation about getting in and out, and what to do when leaving was very professional unlike in some hotels where they keep you waiting for ages. I particularly liked the bed and the couch, and the fact that the heating worked really well.
I felt a bit isolated with the apartment being in a shopping arcade which was locked at night and not knowing if there was anyone else in the other apartments, but if I had not been on my own that wouldn't have bothered me at all. I found it difficult to find a TV chanel to watch. There were lots of Arabic ones and just one or two French, German or English ones. I spent literally ages trying to find something in a language I could understand.
A perfect location for central Brussels, very close to Central station, local metro, tram and bus lines, Grande Place, popular bars, many restaurants and shops, including supermarkets. Good internet, seating area and kitchen. Bedroom with a large double bed facing the backyard, so no noise from bustling life outside. Staff available upon phone call and kind to help carrying the suitcases up to the 3rd floor flat and keeping them in their office after the check-out, since we had an evening flight.
Extremely small bathroom/shower room, with a moldy smell. No elevator and narrow stairway. No reception to leave the suitcases in case of early arrival or late departure, after checking out. Yet, staff kind enough to help upon phone call.
Great location Fully functional kitchenette
Dirty bedsheets - full of hair Old furniture Dust
We were greeted by a very rude man who watched us carry our bags up 3 flights of stairs and then was extremely condescending when trying to explain what we needed to pay. The apartment was tiny and looked nothing like the photos so don't judge the apartment based on that! The television did not work, one of the heaters did not work, there was dust all over the place. The apartment is far too small for 4 people and the curtains do not shield the light in the living room. I would NOT recommend staying here.
Location to some extent
Almost every thing and more specifically the condition of the bed and extremely poor lighting in the rooms.
Near to tourist place
Bed rooms are not good no good room service.
Location is good. Staff are good
I stayed there for 2 nights. on Friday night it was very noisy as there are clubs playing loud music until 2 am. Bed linen were not very clean. It looked like as though bathroom shower has not been cleaned well for a long time.If you are planning to stay here during weekend remember to carry ear plugs.
Location is very central. Quite and generally comfortable.
Appartment was not quite the same as the pictures on the website.
Location , reasonable size apartment
Needs decoration, and cost to reflect a basic apartment
close to the market and restaurant
Parking lot is 150 meters away our of the hotel and not safe. Somebody broke into my car and stole things inside. The hotel door security is low and I coudn't get a good sleep.
very bad ambience, crowded place can't sleep at night. nothing like what they have placed in the reviews. maintenance very bad.
Really central location, in the middle of all the restaurants, and very close to several metro stations. Its on a quaint cobbled street, only a short walk to shopping also
If we had stayed longer the noise in the late evenings/early mornings as party-goers leave and street cleaners arrive might have been a problem - but only if you're sleeping on the sofabed.
-The location - flat is in the direct city center - It was nice and clean
Night entrance from 22 to 8 is from small, back street smelling like a toilet
Location is excellent. Spacious, clean apartment for two people. friendly staff. A great price for such a central location, a stones throw from the grand place!
Next to a noisy street which disturbs sleep if you are a light sleeper.
Close to everything
accessibility with small children - manageable but not fun
Central location only yards from restaurants and a couple of minutes from the Grand Place
The accommodation is tired and in pressing need of complete redecoration. The entrance to the property may be a little hard to find unless you know Brussels well.
Right where you want to be if you're looking to experience the best that Brussels has to offer.
It's a task to get to the Midi station from this location.
Location is very nice. Right at the center with lots of restaurants across the street. Lively place.
Internet service is very bad. Check for infrastructure issue. My apartment had thin nails poking out on floor which were hard to notice with bare eyes. It was dangerous to walk bare foot.
Excellent location - bang in the centre. Excellent location local supermarket like tesco express and mini coffee shops, restaurants nearby. Secure and safe - 3 locked doors to pass through. Microwave, shower, fridge, iron and basic cooker all functional. Great to have a separate bedroom and living room over a hotel, especially with very young children - can get them to sleep and relax over a glass of wine.
Flats are situated in shopping centre - first shop near the flat entrance is an S&M leather and bits shop. Maybe fun but not when you have to walk past with young children...would have been best to be pre-warned about this so one can choose whether to stay or not? Flat could have done with a Hoover and better clean. No cover on the duvet, bed sheet and large cover quilt on top of duvet - felt like a bed sit. Even though was sold as flat - additional toilet roll and rubbish bag or too would not have gone amiss? Lifts very small - with pushchair had to go down in 2 separate lifts. If you have a double buggy - it won't probably fit. We had a Phil and Teds single rough road 3 wheeler. Travelled early October - very hot in apartment - they had a fan which we left on at night, even with windows open, but could imagine this would be very hot in summer months,
