The large Anspach Apartment is located in the very centre of Brussels, 400 metres from the famous Grand Place square. It features a full kitchen, a spacious bedroom and a common terrace. It comes with modern features such as a flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi. It has high ceilings with classic decorations, parquet floor and large windows looking over Brussels main avenue. Guests can prepare their meals at the kitchen which comes with a stove top, microwave/oven and dishwasher. There is also a seating corner and a fire place. The metro stops right in front of the apartment, at Bourse station. The Brussels Stock Exchange is right across the street as well. We hebben een weekend Brussel " gedaan" met 3 zussen. Het appartement was daar perfect geschikt voor. Ruim, schoon met alles wat je nodig hebt. Centrum Brussel met alles op loop afstand en toch 's nachts harstikke stil in de slaapkamer aan de achterkant. Ook prima geschikt voor bezoek aan Brussel met gezin ( hou wel rekening met 3 hoog traplopen). Een aanrader..!

El apartamento está bastante céntrico, cerca de la Grand Place y cerca del metro. Es muy amplio y muy limpio. El propietario es muy amable y simpático, estábamos en un tercero sin ascensor y nos ayudó a subir y bajar el equipaje. Al llegar a Bruselas nos perdimos un poco y vino a buscarnos para llevarnos hasta el apartamento. Estábamos en un tercero sin ascensor, por poner alguna pega.

Oltre la cordialità di Fabien, il proprietario, che si è reso disponibile a qualsiasi ora del giorno e della notte; la posizione dell'appartamento è invidiabile perché è a 5 minuti a piedi da Grand Place (la piazza principale e più famosa) e a 5 min. da Place St. Gery (dove la sera si riuniscono molti giovani). L'interno dell'appartamento è ben tenuto, e incluso nel prezzo vi sono diversi generi alimentari e bevande. Nulla da eccepire sulla pulizia. Inoltre, sotto casa a 1 minuto di cammino è possibile scegliere tra due fermate della metro: Bourse e Anneessens.

La proximité du centre ville et le côté spacieux de l'appartement.L'accueil très sympathique de Mario est appréciable. Le quartier est mal fréquenté et l'absence d'ascenseur est pénible surtout quand on part avec un bébé. N'oubliez pas vos produits de douche! Un peu cher pour la prestation.

Très agréable appartement situé directement au centre ville de Bruxelles. Les deux pièces sont très spacieuses, la cuisine est bien agencée avec tous les équipements nécessaires (micro-ondes, toaster, bouilloire, lave-vaisselle...). Le mobilier est simple mais rien ne manquait, les lits étaient confortables. Appartement très propre, le ménage a même été fait durant notre court séjour. Un grand merci à Fabien pour son accueil, sa disponibilité et tous les conseils utiles qu'il a pris le temps de nous donner à notre arrivée. A noter encore qu' un lit bébé et une chaise haute ont été mis à notre disposition, c'était parfait ! Je recommande sans hésiter.

We waren niet echt ontevreden maarrr ... We hadden beter verwacht. Meer luxe en rijkere entourage. Bleek kale flat op drie hoog. We hadden beter naar Ibis of Novotel in het centrum kunnen gaan. Feitelijk verbaasd over de hoge score op de website.

フロントが無いので、不安でしたが、Fabienが丁寧に教えてくれました。また、エレベーター無しの日本- 式4階でしたが、荷物の上げ下ろしを手伝ってくれました。広いリビングがあり、3ー4人のグループにお勧め- です。 シャワーの取っ手のメッキが少し剥がれていた。という程度。

管理の人が丁寧に市内の見どころやオススメのお店を紹介してくれた。立地条件は◎。そのため、夜中まで騒音- が続くことは難点ですが、耳栓をプレゼントしてくれたりと、気遣いを忘れない、フレンドリーなアパートメン- トでした。
