Value for Money, Central Location of the Hotel - directly in the citicentre of Antwerp, Mold in the Bathroom, (which is not surprisíngly as there is no windows and ventilation system in the bathroom. Blankets were not that clean. it might that we had just a bit unluck. I would give them a second change as I said the values for monay is good and the hotel is excellent located. |

The location and the quiet I expected a richer breakfast buffet with bacon, eggs, croissants,...but was satisfied with the normal bread provided, yoghourt and other nice simple features. |

The breakfast was very good, a lot of different choices of food, fress bread, coffee, tea and orange juice ect ect. Also a key for the night door, for late going out people ( party place area ) this is very good to have a intrance for no bother the hotel staff. for me it was o.k. , but next to the hotel they are working for building a new appartment / hotel. This good be a problem for staying during in the week. |

Good hotel for those who traveling and need room only for sleep. Don't know why but I was double charged and now I need to investigate this problem with my bank. |

The view through the window overlooking the river. So good that people will love it. The staff spoke 5/6 languages including Spanish. Dog lovers will like the decoration. Friendly staff that really excedeed my expectations. I would recommend it. nothing much. |

Close to city center. Had a parking spot you could reserve. Good breakfast. The bed cover was not clean. |

Excellent service, good breakfasts, freindly & helpful staff. Builing site next door, looked rather perilous standing alone, but archelogical workers in the shadows of the hotel provided some confidence that it would remain standing. |

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Good location for price--five minute walk to Cathedral. It is right on a major thoroughfare by the river. The streets are cobbled, not paved, so if you come from a small quiet place it might be too noisy. There might also be rooms off the street. |

Nice stay, people very friendly. Good value for a seasoned traveller. Very small on site parking and you had to book in advance. Large card park 300 meteres down the road. |

Very friendly staff. Rooms nice and warm. Excellent breakfast. Great location. Nice and quiet at night. Only the fact that there was no advance warning that the hotel is currently in the middle of a building site. However, this was not a problem once you were inside the hotel. |

The staff was always available and willing to help with any questions we had. I did wish we were able to make outside calls from our room as it was difficult to search around for pay phones to use a calling card with in the city. |

the hot water had a temperature problem, jumped from hot to cold. i guess it was the water heater, it was not so fun to shower |

Very Homely... the neatest, cleanest, and friendliest hotel so far on my travels around belgium... Given so few stars, I was impressed. The lift was extremely helpful for heavy bags and location was brilliant. |

De hotel kamer (budget kamer) was schoon, evenals het sanitair. Het bed lag prima. Goed hotel als basis om de stad te verkennen, je staat in 5 minuten in het centrum! Lekker ontbijt!! Kleine ontbijtruimte waar niet iedereen kon zitten. |

Bijzonder vriendelijke gastvrouw. Goed uitgebreid ontbijt. Leuke locatie. Wanneer van te voren besproken prima parkeergelegenheid. Op zich prima gezinskamer wel moet u weten dat deze niet in het hotel gesitueerd is maar in een appartement een straat verder. |

Prettige ontvangst, uitstekend bed alsook het buffetontbijt. Mooi centraal gelegen bij het stadscentrum. Ruim voldoende parkeermogelijkheden. Zeker voor een herhaling vatbaar. |

De ligging ten opzichte van het centrum is super! Echt een paar minuten lopen en je bent op de Grote Markt. Daarnaast was het personeel heel attent door ons te wijzen op de mogelijkheid om gratis te parkeren op 15 min. lopen afstand i.p.v. dichtbij voor €2,10 per uur. Het pand naast het hotel is gesloopt, waardoor er een braakliggend terrein naast het hotel ligt. Toen wij er verbleven werd er niet gebouwd en waren er ook geen tekenen dat er snel gebouwd gaat worden, dus we hebben geen overlast gehad. |
