It is clean and comfortable The price for parking is too expensive. Also the price agreed with booking.com was 16€. the hotel said the price was increased in January to 16.50€ - not a lot - but the point is that the price should not have been increased. Also, there were local taxes added which increased the price which were not shown on the price quoted by booking.com

It was fine value for money - not a lot of character, but served the purpose I was after which was location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms neat and tidy. Disappointed about the expensive parking but that was my own fault for not checking it before-hand , I guess I just assumed it was free because of its location (assuming most people travel there by car)?

Room was newly refurbished; breakfast was sufficient The room had no accessible power socket so charging a laptop or cell phone in the room was not possible. No free parking available.

Decent sized room and bathroom. Overall comfortable for a short stay Breakfast is not bad for the price Walls are too thin. Could hear an entire telephone conversation in different languages each day. No safe in room to lock up valuables. Car park in building could be cheaper.

Staff were really helpful and nice. Slightly outside of the city centre but we liked that and it was a lovely walk into the city. Breakfast was good but a bit disorganised due to numbers. Room very comfortable

Nice place to stay esp for a couple of nights. Slightly away from the main city center and since food is not served in the hotel, it could become a problem if you check-in late. Facilities in the room are good and worth the money spent.

Nice location for the town centre and it had underground parking, which given that we had our own car was useful.Good breakfast and the room was a good size.Staff were very helpful. Good overall standard and no real negative comments to make. Parking at 15 Euros a day is a bit expensive but then it is a city centre hotel.

Good combination of price, walking distance to the city centre and easy access by car. Very close to the mas (Museum At the Schelde), if you know the way. Do not go because of the views.

I liked being able to see in my room and I had a window I could open. The room was laid out well and the wi-fi worked well. The layout meant that it felt spacious. It did not have staff banging away at all hours in the corridor or outside. I didn't like the noise of revellers outside my window until the early hours of the morning. It would have been timely for the night manager to ask them to keep it down or invite them inside.
