mattress v. good pillows " " clean noisy walking to bedroom at 9.30pm but chidren were quiet after admonishing them shower tray outlet made up soap containers thin towels no toilet brush extractor fan did not seem to work trouble with thermostat but sorted did not check use of nescafe coffee so out next njght but staff very good expensive to stay will stay elsewhere october 2013

Location: outside tourist route but near center. It was hot in the room, turning off heating didn't help, looked like thermostat didn't react. Very crowded during breakfast.

Just the shower and the breakfast which was okay. The room was a family room, which hardly had any space to turn around, a crappy extra bed/couch. Stains on the sides of the bed. Hair in the shower. All in all an experience which was not comfortable at all. So no way to come again. See above!

Location to Antwerp's old town and port area. Free weekend parking on the street in front of the hotel. Walking distance to the old town and port area. This was my second time staying at this hotel. It's quite basic but you pay for what you get. Location is the main advantage.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. Was a very clean and comfortable hotel and would highly recommend to anyone! Would 100% stay there again :) Maybe if there was more choice of breakfast
