Holiday Inn Express Antwerpen is near the harbor of Antwerp, in a trendy neighborhood with lots of restaurants. The center of the city is a 15-minute walk away. The hotel rooms have coffee and tea facilities, air conditioning and free high-speed internet access. There is an in-house movie system for lazy evenings. You can read newspapers and magazines or watch some TV in the hotel’s cozy corner. The bar serves drinks. Antwerp Central Train Station is a 20-minute walk from Holiday Inn Express. Good combination of price, walking distance to the city centre and easy access by car. Very close to the mas (Museum At the Schelde), if you know the way. Do not go because of the views.

I liked being able to see in my room and I had a window I could open. The room was laid out well and the wi-fi worked well. The layout meant that it felt spacious. It did not have staff banging away at all hours in the corridor or outside. I didn't like the noise of revellers outside my window until the early hours of the morning. It would have been timely for the night manager to ask them to keep it down or invite them inside.

All pretty OK There nearby area there is really nowhere to eat a quick meal in the evening and although they have a "snack food" area in the hotel lobby, the food was quite appealing.

The price including breakfwas was satisfactory. Free internet was good. Room with a double bed was spacy. Two elevators by the reception desk were so crowded by group tourist. We hope more elevators with more space inside.

the location of the room was very quiet. heating was unsufficient (if you relieve the card key , the heating is automatically switch off )and breakfast in the sunday morning was very stressing ( bad organized ).this situation is not acceptable! 10h30 on sunday is too early for the closing time of the breakfast !

I have stayed at the hotel before and I have asked for a room at the rear as you can see the marina and each time this has been honoured. The hotel is comfortable and the staff are helpful.

The professionality and friendlyness of the people working in particular at the reception desk is remarkable. The orange juice declared at its dipenser is something in orange colour, but clearly no juice.

It is clean and comfortable The price for parking is too expensive. Also the price agreed with booking.com was 16€. the hotel said the price was increased in January to 16.50€ - not a lot - but the point is that the price should not have been increased. Also, there were local taxes added which increased the price which were not shown on the price quoted by booking.com
