Excellent garage. An extra bed for the child available in the room. Compared to some other low budget hotels the breakfast was very satisfying. The hotel was close enough to the old city centre (3-year-old was able to walk). |

The standard of the hotel was what I would expect of an Express by Holiday Inn. The only complaint would be that I stayed 2 nights and the tea and coffee supplies were not replenished for the second day. |

Staff was excellent, room very good and very clean and fairly quiet. WiFi worked great. Linen and towels were whitest white without smell of detergents or rinser which was surprising. Expensive WiFi |

All staff extremely helpful and friendly - especially as a coach party had just arrived as we booked in ... everybody was dealt with efficiently and politely. Although there is a great deal of building in the area the impact on the hotel was minimal. The "continental breakfast" was fit for purpose and there was plenty of choice. Rooms comfortable and good sized - very clean. |

Good location for people with business in the port, 15 walk to the historice old city only 2 electrical outlets, not enough for a gadget-laden business traveler. |

Holiday Inn have a predicable formula - you know what to expect. Genarally, good value for money I have stayed at Holiday Inn Express Antwerp on a number of ocassions. This trip was a family re-union. I booked in advance 2 double rooms for 2 nights - one room with an additional child's bed. On arrival, I discovered that, although staff confirmed my requirements, they only had 2 twin rooms neither with a childs bed. |

Breakfast was quite varied and good quality. The room and bathroom were clean and spacious. Unlike other people's experiences, we had no problems with water pressure and temperature. We also enjoyed the mints available at the reception desk! The layout of the breakfast buffet was too cramped. Pillows and bed linen felt very synthetic. Our main towels were replaced by tiny handtowels! After we had used the mugs that came with the tea/coffee facilities, they were placed back onto the tray still dirty. As we had no washing up liquid, they were difficult to clean ourselves. We could not find any closeable cupboards or drawers in the room. |

The Hotel is in a pleasant area just a little way out of town and backs onto a marina. the breakfast area gets rather crowded and staff appear to struggle to keep things moving! |

New, modern and comfortable rooms, quite large. Very good brekfast. It was quite far from the Central station, about 20 minutes of walk. But there is a good bus connection and a bus stop is just in front of the hotel. The view to the port is very limited and only from several rooms. |

Holiday Inn advised by a School which was organizing a tournament in the city. I've checked the location and the price, it was very convenient. After our stay we thought that it was the perfect choice for our purpose. Smiling helpful staff, good breakfast (although it was crowded they served very well) close to city center/restaurants. Summary:Value for Money! If your sleep is not so deep, you can easily wake up in the middle of the night because of your noisy neighbors. The walls are very thin. We were lucky that a lot of families were staying during our stay and they didn't make to much continuous noise. |

Clean functional hotel with all the facilities required to have an enjoyable weekend. Breakfasts very good to suit everybody's tastes, No problems with maintenance shower particularly good.Overall comfortable and suited our purpose. Disappointed that no double rooms were available despite requesting them on our reservation. Very difficult access if your driving. Road system takes you miles away if you miss the entrance. Have a convoluted route to get to the entrance roadway. |
