The hotel was ok but noicy, you could hear everyting what was said in the room next to you. The receptionist did not know where the busses to Brussels airport leave! He gave us a wrong address and caused some confusion. This is basic information you should have at the reception! |

The room and the bathroom was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. They actually let us check-in earlier than the allotted time. Good view and a nice area. A little far from the main city square. Can be lonely to get back to the hotel in the night....although we did not have any bad experience. The double room we had booked came with two single beds.....would have been better to have one big bed instead. |

Furnishment bedroom and bathroom were ok and not so small. Servicearticles were poor, such as one plastic mug, one towel from each size (because of problems with laundry), no extras as shoepolish, creams etc. Breakfast was ok, but some things weren't available anymore at 8 A.M. |

Location was good, because it was walkable to the city centre and bus stop out front. There was a good elevator and spacious rooms. Only the fact that there was a lot of construction in the area surrounding the hotel. |
