The staff were very friendly particulary Andrew. Breakfast was continental but plenty of choice and times to eat were good. The parking is a joke, you are charged 15euros a day to park on a rubbish tip at the back of the hotel, no security and no guarantees of a space. Money should be spent making this a decent car park with barriers then it would be worth the 15 euros. Parking on the street is not good either. |

We initially got a room on the non-smoking floor that smelled like someone had been heavily smoking there. However, it was not a problem to change the room. The bathroom was quite spacious. |

A very good moderate breakfast, very well run with enthusiasm and no delays.A lot to eat if you wanted. We founf the hotel quiet and our room easily accible eventhough on the 8th floor. We will repeat the visit when next in Antwerp. Rubbish outside the hotel.A torn bin bag was left close to the Entrance. However most of the surrounding area was dirty with badly collected bin bags and the attitude of the local residents. No pavement cleaning buggies as in my Town of Bury St Edmunds. |

Fairly close to city centre. Secure parking. Quiet if you get a room at back of hotel. Reasonably priced. Quiet area, apart from city traffic. Poor breakfast selection, no fruit. No other meals served in hotel. |

Location (close, but not too close, to the railway station), good breakfast, spacious room Could not make tea or coffee in the room. Apart from the reception and breakfast area, the hotel could do with some renovation. |

Very friendly staff, especially dominica! Comfortable and clean rooms. Central location. Fantastic power shower! Our room was next to the street so it was noisy at night. Train line runs just outside and it woke me up occasionally. |

The price was great and the room size was nice too. Probably not going to happen and it may even make the pricing higher but air conditioning would have been great as it was a pretty hot weekend. |
