Lack of communication. I was forced to book room at another hotel. Luckly I was refunded. I dont recommend this place.
The neighberhood is really scary. The guests were workers
wifi was great. Location is OK.
Room very cold. Rather noisy. Room was overall in rather poor condition, nothing like in photos. Would not go there again.
- dirty room, especially bathroom - poor bedding, we got only one sheet (in cold December) for 2 persons - bedding was smelly and after 2 nights I have strange rash...I hope it is not due to bugs.... -stinking room, bathroom, lift and corridor - we had kitchen (cooker, ventilation hood and kitchen cabinets) but without pots, pan, glasses, plates and cutlery. Great idea, everybody flies to Bruxells with pots and mugs into luggage... - localization - 40 minutes walk to old town and central station - noisy - thin walls - room absolutely does not look like in the photo
One Indian receptionist very rude.
Near north station
very average condition
Lack of communication - there is no contact with the hotel - they didn't reply to my e-mails nor didn't answer the phone and my reservation was not confirmed, but I was fully charged for the room.
Very good value good position for my workplace. Good transport metro and no 93 tram. Very good restaurant nearby [Ane Vert]
Bit out of town Not the best neighbourhood
I enjoyed the placement, very convenient to go to the railway station, only 10 minutes walk. Nice breakfast
1) Very dirty rooms 2) Noisy 3) Very uncomfortable rooms 4) Bad smell in the bathroom
A location is not so bad, actually is a 4 or 5 tram stations and about 10 min walk to the middle of central square. Wifi is free and good working. So for that price not so bad.
When we was at beginning of October were was building a new apartments in the neighborhood of this hotel so we can't sleep at six in the morning
24 hour desk, closeness to gare du Nord.
The neighbourhood is inappropriate for anyone except for men 25 to 35. On the way to the station the street is a red light district.
sorry to say ;the only thing I like in the place , there shower( good strong running water )
Location is important for us as travelers I rather say is not safe most at night time ,a bit far to the heart of Brussels it takes two rides in the tram .And no good place to have a decent meal nearby. Duplex room 4 persons just nice for us , but first step in the bed room I noticed no curtain and we are in 5th floor facing to the opposite building no privacy, I complained and they transfered us to the same type of room with curtain. Beddings needs to upgrade ; pillow to soft, obvious stain in bed cover and folding bed ???unless is extra bed for extra guest but to bad we got one in duplex room no choice ...I hate to complained for second time .
stuff is friendly
- not expensive - helpful staff - good working free WiFi
- very often electronic key to the room stops working (needs to be coded again), - lack of toilet brush
Location not close to the city town, neighbor party all night, and another neighbor spruce up at 7.30 in the morning !! Omg!! Cant say anything
good price, breakfast adequate, place ok, clean. location
Everything was perfect. workers are helpful and sympathetic. the hotel's location is very good. I would definitely recommend.
some of the staffs are really friendly and welling to help. However, I found the hairdryer in my room was broke after I took a shower. So I went to the reception for their help but they said they don't have any extra hairdryer and there is nothing they can do for it. They also promised it will be fixed on the next day, but they didn't!! Besides, its location is not so safe especially for female traveller, I was scared and unsafe when I walked in the area.
all the rooms are clean and new enough. staff is polite and friendly. good deal for the price
the neighborhood is not the best of bruxelles but the street of the residence is quite clean and quiet. both metro and city center are not under the building but relatively close
Clean room, balcony, close to everything.
A little smelly, like from the toilet, probably it is not hotel but just from the canalization from the street.
First time I stayed: room on 3rd floor, street view, kitchenette, friendly staff, clean, wifi ok
Second time I stayed: smaller room in basement, wifi didn't work there, couldn't open windows to get fresh air at night and didn't fancy leaving door to the garden open at night.
Decent rooms, free WiFi
Distance from nearest metro/bus station (mainly because of the ongoing work on the tramway). No air conditioning/ ventilators. Expensive breakfast.
Great value for money!
Close to city center. Easy walking distance. Easy to get to and from airport. Room was good size. Excellent wifi connection. Able to pay using credit card. Hot shower!
No free breakfast, but super markets pretty close by.
