Wonderful rooms. I've been given a double apartment instead of a simple double room: well furnished, beautiful design, cosy layout. The staff is nice and witty, always available a door-ring away. Those complaining with the laundry service should keep into account that ApartHotel works more like a residence, than like a starred, tourist hotel. The neighbourhood is a typical Station area. |

Nice, clean room; close to the train station; friendly staff. Not situated in a very good neighborhood, but at the same time, we liked the proximity to the train station. The hand-held shower head would not stay on the wall bracket. |

Very useful and convience! location is good for tourist and you can cook in your aprt. The cover sheet need to be more clean, i can smell the last people who slept in this bed. |

Good location for the train station. No telephone. No A/C (or one that appeared to work). Shower in bath was badly positioned. |

The staff at the hotel were very pleasant and helpful. One staff member went beyond his duty, as he found information for us, that had just been mentioned in conversation. I stayed in a non-apartment style room and wasn't sure what to expect, but very pleased...actually much bigger than the other hotels we had stayed in during our Europe trip. The only undesireable statement I can make is about the neighborhood itself- not the best, and not much around for restaurants. However, because it was only about a 5 min walk to the metro, it really wasn't a big deal, and there are food courts at the metro, and easy access to other areas in the city. Also, there is a small grocery store half a block away from the hotel and at the metro station. |

The hotel was a 2 min walk from the train station. The room was big, clean, had a kitchenette with microwave however didnt have a kettle! Very good value for money. The location was ok only 30 min walk to grand place. The bed wasnt changed during our 4 night stay. The double bed had two single matteress which kept slipping off!! |
