房间非常干净，舒适，很大

位置不太好，离火车南站Midi有点远

距离火车站比网站上所说的远一些，其他都不错。

地点不错，离brussel midi火车站走路10分钟里面。房间很大，还算干净，但套房里的厨具都有点脏，我没用。没有水壶烧水。

Close to the Midi Station. The staff in reception center is friendly. The room is big and well equipped. The tv is with a lot of channels and the best thing is that there are English channels.

Though close to the Midi Station, it is a little far away from the center of the city. Some shopping channels at night are inappropriate for children.

Apartments are big and cousy. Free Wi-Fi. The hotel is 5-10 minutes walk from Zuidstation (Gare du Midi).

Lack of dishes. We didn't have frying pan, bowls and teapot.

Minimal services provided. Was told that room cleaning work is done once per week only after I stayed till the 2nd night. Wifi was not working inside the room with very poor signal.

the location. The man at the reception was very friendly and helpful. I was sorry for him that there were so many unsatisfied people.

I am sure the hotel is fine, but the room I stayed in did not have a window - this would have been okay if there had been ventilation. But there was only a little fan that pushed air around. It was hot and unpleasant. Also the internet did not work well in the common room and did not work at all over wifi. That is not okay. The bathroom tub needs renovation. I did not want to take a shower.

5 min wal to Brussels-Midi rail station, wi-fi at reception \ living room, fully equipped apartment, silent side-street, friendly staff.

Worst bed linenn ever, pillows badly exhausted and not comfortable; wi-fi does not connet from room; room looked a bit "used" with stains on sofas and hairs remained in corners... cheap.

A fair hotel in good location but the groundfloor twin (room 1) was next to the local road - not the quietest of locations.

Everything was realy nice there, spacios room and exeptional lokation for us. We had a early flight from Charleroi, and hotel is just about 10 minutes walk to the shattle to airport. Its 3 subway station away from Grand Palace. For us it was a perfect value for the money.

Spacious apartment with all amenities.

As usual in European hotels, there were no tea and coffee making facilities and now shops nearby to buy these items. The towels were not changed daily and so one had to make sure that they were hung out to dry for use each day.
