Good tv. No internet (password printer was broken), missing set of towels, no instruction where to leave keys, undersized double bed. Didn't get the room we requested. Could not call staff (no answer). Overpriced relative to what is offered. Not a good place to stay for two experienced adult travelers.

My son and I really enjoyed our trip to Brussels and particularly liked the Aparthotel Wellington. It was a great little kitchen and I enjoyed making a few meals (when we were not eating out). The kitchen was surprisingly well stocked and I was delighted to be able to cook a few meals. I like eating out sometimes, but I really like to cook and eat healthy food. The shower was also great and it was good to have the toilet separated, since I was staying with my (adult) son. The room itself was very pleasantly decorated and had ample closet space. It was not a very large room, but with the floor to ceiling windows it was bright during the daytime, yet the elegant draperies kept out the light at night. The view of the rooftops and sky was scenic. I saw a parking spot on the street right outside the hotel (fortunately, our room looked down onto the Chausse de Vleurgat (cp?). A little firmer bed would have been nice, but it was not a real problem because the mattress was pretty comfortable. There was a mix-up upon our arrival and we didn't have the right room. But the manager came and moved us to a very nice room eventually. It was not his fault because he had closed the "bookings" and we booked after that time (but "Booking.com" did not realize he had closed the bookings). On the whole it worked out very well.

The location. It was not clean. The kitchenette had not been cleaned for ages before my arrival. It was greasy and the crockery was dusty.

There was a safe in the room, cleaner came every weekday to make my bed and bring me new towels, carrefour supermarket opposite, quite convinient if you have a meeting at the eu parliament (just 10 mins with bus 38). There is nobody at the hotel after 19:00. This means if you get locked out of your room you have to wait somebody to come. Although many bus stops/tram stops/ car park next to the hotel that can take you anywhere the closest metro station(Louise) is 25 mins walking distance. Quite expensive 800 euro for 11 nights however brussels is anyway expensive. Windows my room wouldnt lock so I was a bit worried if the person in the next room would clime in my veranda and sneak while im not there. However as states above there was a safe.

Great location and good location for my personal needs. Well equipped no receptionist at the weekend, so if you arrive at that time, you have to call someone to come and let you in. Rooms are a bit noisy, due to proximity to street. Rooms quite small but functional

It was nice to have what basically was a studio apartment - small kitchenette and the bed in the lounging area. The room lacked any kind of cooling or ventilation, short of opening the sliding glass window out onto the roof patio. I felt a little insecure being on level 1 (one floor above check-in) with the door accessing the roof/roof patio and needing to keep the window open not to boil to death during a hot and humid Brussels summer. Parking is only free on the street, should you be lucky enough to find street parking. The nearest pay garage is quite expensive but they may have a deal for 15E per day. Per hour the cost would be around 34E per day. It also appeared that the garage was closed and locked at night, so if you're a late bird then this would not work for you.

For me the location was the best, next door to the confrence venue and a very buzzing part of Brussels. I chose to stay there because of another event going on all hotels, within my budget, wer ebooked. Some of the reviews I read about it were a bit daunting but overall I ws pleasantly surprised. The room was nice, as was the bathroom. The windows were very thin and the noise from the street was very loud, and there was a lot of traffic!

Good location, nice studio-flat, quiet, roomy main room with small but well equipped kitchen. Nice location, near European institutions (20 min walk) but also near lovely park (Bois de la Cambre) and 2 good Irish pubs. All worked well, no fuss, good value for money. Would use it again.
