Apartments Poirots

The check-in had to be made in the main building on rue Defacqz number 33. However when i got to my apartment iwas very surprised how spacious it was. The kitchenette had all the facilities I needed for my stay and it was great to have a fridge in the apartment! Free internet was also a big bonus!

First of all we did not get the flat we had booked (a one bedroom one) because the previous tenant chose to prolong thier stay. We accepted a studio flat. We hated the lavatory! Not only was it a macerator but loo paper was not to be flushed but put in a bin. Two of the hot plates on the hob didn't work. The plug in the sink was broken so it was impossible to keep water in it. There was little or no soundproofing and so noise from other residents was very intrusive. There were no English language television channels available.

The location was great and the studio style room offers great appeal to those who don't like the traditional hotel experience. I also like the internet being included. Nowadays it should be standard everywhere.

The walls were paper thin so you can hear everyone all around you. The toilets are electric which is absolutely unacceptable for a hotel of any description. It is also a bit of a shame that the nice flat decor was let down by the main lights not working, the fridge cupboard door not closing, filthy windows and a bleak bathroom. The reception being so far away is painful but the staff there are helpful and leaving the keys at the apartment drop box helps.

The location was very convenient for my purpose, although the room could have been a little cleaner and could have been an air-conditioning already installed without any surcharge.

The apartment is very comfortable - it is a lot larger than a hotel room and the kitchen is fully equiped. The location is great. Great value for money!

Reception staff were friendly and helpful (note that the reception is not in the same building as Apartments Poirots). Was offered another room when I mentioned that I was unhappy with noise.

Room was very noisy. Large window facing onto avenue Louise was not well insulated. Very drafty and gap between windows had been blocked with plastic bags. Building not in great condition. Felt much more like a youth hostel than a 3 star.

J'ai aimé ce concept "appartement/hotel", qui permet de lier les services d'un hotel et l'équipement d'un appartement. La situation géographique est très agréable.

Je n'ai pas aimé ne pas avoir d'électricité le soir du 31 décembre, et ce jusqu'au lendemain dans l'après midi. La réception était fermée et la personne à contacter en cas d'urgence avait dû faire un peu trop la fête.

l'indépendance, la situation de l'hôteldasn la ville, la décoration ikéa mais tellement universelle, l'intimité, la vue depuis l'appartement, le studio de luxe ...

Dans son ensemble c'est bien et pratique qu'an on a des enfants

L'accueil ne se trouve pas au même endroit et ça c'est dommage manque d'explication
