I hated everything about these apartments. Dirty, hot, noisy, uncomfortable, un-refurbished. My old student accomodation was better than this.

The apartment is very comfortable - it is a lot larger than a hotel room and the kitchen is fully equiped. The location is great. Great value for money!

A very large room and an excellent location.

Quiet location, no problems during the stay at all, I enjoyed the place very much.

Friendly staff, good location, homey apartment while away on business. Apartment, to my surprise, was equipped with everything I needed to cook simple meals. I will definitely return on my next trip.

the location

it was not clean, one day morning pops-up the cleaner and brings some old pans and puts them in the kitchen, the bathtub was dirty, in general was not so clean, the bed smelled weird, the elevator had problems

Erinomainen valinta tilaa kaipaavalle. Tilava huoneisto, ystävällinen ja palvelualtis vastaanoton henkilökunta, hyvä sijainti. Hyvä hinta-laatusuhde. - Excellent choise for those who want space. Kiinteän ilmastoinnin puute, putkiongelmat keittiössä, siivouksen taso. - Lack of fitted air condition, plumbing problems in the kitchen, the level of cleaning.

Sijainti oli meille sopiva, koska se sijaitsi lähellä tyttäremme perheen asuntoa. Ensimmäiset 1 viikkoa ja 2 vrk olimme asunnossa, jossa makuutila oli erillinen, vaikkakaan ovea olohuonekeittiöön ei ollut. 3. henkilö pystyi nukkumaan olohuoneen sohvassa tehdyssä vuoteessa tarvittavat 5 yötä. Keittiö oli tarpeisiimme riittävä. Ilmainen internet oli toimiva.

1. huoneisto oli kadun puolella vilkkaan avenuen varrella, joten se ei ollut niin rauhallinen kuin olimme toivoneet. Viideksi yöksi saimme vaihdettua pihanpuolen studioon ja se oli rauhallinen. Huoneistoissa oli monta pikku asiaa rempallaaan: puutteelliset ohjeet dvd -laitteiden käytöstä, luultavasti osa epäkunnossa.

Sehr gute Lage, Stadtnahe, Trambahn vor der Tür trotzdem nicht zu laut. Unten Sushibar, um die Ecke kann man gemütlich Frühstücken.

Wir haben 2 App. gemietet, im 3 und in 9 Stock. Leider gab es im 9 Stock Ameisen in der Küchenzeile und der Fehrnsehr war nicht angeschlossen. Im 3 Stock ausgerissene Fehrnsehnkabel und die Waschbeckenabdichtung hat viel zu wünschen gehabt.
